WNB Factory - Wings & Burger — Restaurant in Richmond

My first time ordering from here. I had some what a big order. I had 4 Bacon cheese combo meals and one jurk chicken wing combo. The lady that took my order was having a hard time with my order. Out of the four bacon cheese burgers some of tge burgers has no tomatoes, no onions etc. The lady that couldn't speak English well couldn't get my order done right I knew then there was going to be an issue. I was getting these order for my co-workers. Meanwhile returning with the meals one was missing a bacon cheese burger with mayo plain. When I returned the Asian lady that had a hard time with my order I showed her my recipe explaining to her that one burger was missing instead of acknowledged the mistake she keep claiming that she did the order correct. Her voice became loud and Defensive. Then she says that the order was to big That's when I told her that if tge order was to big you shouldn't be up front taking orders if you couldn't handle it. Nothing was resolved this was my first time Patronizing this business and the last time. This is why I'm writing...

On the positive side, my order was finished 15 sooner than anticipated and the woman at the restaurant was nice. Restaurant itself was empty but seemed clean, with a strong smell of vegetable oil.

I had ordered a Bacon Burger straight from the menu, no modifications aside from adding fries on the side. Got home and ...there's zero bacon on the burger (small mushroom on the outside of the wrapper though lol). Thought maybe I had misread the menu when ordering, but even the receipt says clear as day, "Bacon Burger". It wouldn't have really been an issue except the Bacon Burger costs more than a standard.

As for taste, both the fries and sandwich were fine - good even, like I'd go back - just not any time soon. Seems to need to iron out the kinks because the other reviews alluded to issues like this. It's such a new restaurant too, that wasn't busy on a Monday evening, I'm struggling to understand how the order got messed up. Out of bacon? Fine, it happens, but don't charge me for...

Do not order delivery from this restaurant. Paul needs to get his front person in order. Every time I order delivery my order is wrong. When I call the restaurant, the oriental woman always plays dumb. First it was I never placed an order then it was I ordered my burger plain when it clearly said plant based. When I arrive to the restaurant, she wants to laugh it off as if it’s funny telling me about how busy she was and she read the receipt wrong after she argued me down on the phone that I ordered my food plain. it appears to be a regular occurrence with this restaurant.
