Updated August 2022 - Again the lobby has been closed for days. After a long shift I ordered online on the way home. Get there and the lobby was closed, again like it has been for a week or more. Went to the drive thru, the guy in front of me told me he'd been waiting for a long time. No one's come to the window at all. Google says they're open, online ordering is open but no one is there. It was past noon. We tried to call the store and no one answered. Had to leave without the food I already paid for. Thanks Little Sleasers
I don't understand why the lobby is always closed here. It's 7 on a Wednesday, the sign says open, the drive-thru only sign is not lit up, and according to their hours posted on the door and the site, the lobby should be open. This happens frequently and they never explain why. I see plenty of people pull the handle and leave because they think it's closed. How much business do they lose this way
Updated December 2021 - I used to love this location. They've closed their lobby and it's been closed for a long time. You cannot use the pizza portal anymore and everytime I go, it feel like I'm bothering the people inside. They aren't as friendly as they were in the review below. Read moreEverything was great with online ordering and pick up as usual. Pizza was good, but when we got home we started to eat the Italian cheese bread and it tasted nothing like it should or usually does. It seems they forgot to put the garlic and herbs etc on the bread. The bottom of the box usually has a lot of the garlic and seasoning that falls off, and this time there is none. I am putting pictures up of the bottom of the box, the bread and the bottom of the bread. Ultimately mistakes happen and it's no big deal, but we aren't going to be eating any more of it and wasted money on them. What we did all have on our plates were thrown away, so they are not pictured. We usually don't have any issues and we of course will order again as Little Caesars is our son's favorite place in the world. We will also be ordering quite a few pizzas next Sunday for his birthday party. Just wanted to let someone know about the experience tonight, but it won't deter us from coming again.

Read moreThis store needs attention as soon as possible. I'm not sure what happened because I used to love this store. Not anymore. Two weeks in a row now my husband has tried calling to order and the phone rings twice and then hangs up. And he calls several times, not just once, and every time, this happens. He went into the store today since he kept getting hung up on and when he complained about it they apologized but gave no explanation. He ordered and they told him 10 minutes. 20 minutes later the food is done but the order is wrong. My husband was already frustrated so he just took what they made and left. They need to answer phones and take orders and get orders right. Do they not understand that not answering phones reduces revenue? If the problem is a broken phone line, it should have been reported immediately to the owner to be fixed. This store is losing money and customers. I don't see it lasting...
