update 7.21.25 so I came here last week and they had parfaits. They had the ice cream now I’m here and there’s no ice cream they have cake batter. They have frozen smoothies but they don’t have milkshakes so just spotty and inconsistent thanks Wawa. I say that totally facetiously. Sorry you’re not sorry but When you expect something to be offered, and you know it’s supposed to be offered but you walk in the store and one employee is doing work. The others are just chitchatting with people you got time to lean you got time to clean that machine should be cleaned out and y’all should be serving milkshakes and parfaits sadly you’re not. Oh well I’m gonna go up the street Two sheets and get what I want there.*What I want to know is why a Business that prides itself on its food, the quality of its food and the food offerings like yourself would stop serving milkshakes and parfaits in the middle of the hot humid mid Atlantic summer? I mean you just as bad as McDonald’s when you pull up you just wanna cone or milkshake because it is 90° with tine 97% humidity and they don’t have it because the machine hasn’t been cleaned or the machine is ““ down you just don’t have it offered at all. I thought maybe it was just one location here on Forest Hill Ave. in Richmond Va but it’s not. I don’t see them after anywhere. I got a parfait like not three weeks ago there’s no milkshakes ice cream or parfaits at all. I tell you your timing is impeccable. I’m gonna give a bad review on Google also because I just think that’s totally lame I spend a lot of money at Wawa and I’m very surprised and disappointed. Y’all should get on that get those machines back in here hire people that will clean them and serve Get those parfaits going get those milkshakes out the door. It’s the middle of the summer. You think people wouldn’t buy them? They will. It’s a marketing advice from me to you. Regards and best. And now I’m popping up the street to sheetz to get a milkshake since...
Read moreI am 63 years old. Believe me, I look 63 years old. Yet, when I attempted to purchase cigarettes here, the cashier asked for my I.D. I had walked the short distance from my home and only had my debit card. I had to walk back home to get my I.D. I would not have minded but the cashier did not ask for I.D. from the man in front of me who bought cigarettes, nor did she ask the tenager in line behind me who bought flavored cigars. Just me. So I said something about and the cashier went whining to the manager. The manager wouldn't even discuss it with me. She banned me from the store instead. No Problem Wawa! The B.P. convenience store is much closer to my home and their prices are the same. Wawa, you just lost a loyal patron of over 12 years! Maybe you should train your employees better, teach them what customer service is. As it stands, you have a nasty lot of employees Wawa and I am cutting up my preferred customer card. And stop watering down...
Read moreI had a hoagie craving (and apparently a sundae one as well: thank you Keya for a great treat and customer service!) On the hoagie side: Shaneil did not disappoint! As you can see in the photo, I am that annoying customer who orders a loaded sandwich! Although she was on the sandwich board by herself (quite a few orders before me and a couple after), she greeted me with a smile when I came over to explain my ridiculously long special order. She never looked annoyed, smiled, repeated it back to me for verification and made my sandwich to PERFECTION!! I only planned to eat half in the parking lot. I ate the WHOLE thing! Thank you to both of you ladies!! I had a really long day and it was great to finish up with a hot sandwich, an unplanned dessert and awesome service! Keep up the great work...........
