Burger King — Restaurant in Richmond

I truly believe that all of the 5 star ratings for this place are either fake, or they are from people just trying to get points for reviews. Every time I go here, the staff is incredibly rude. They never give me a receipt when they're supposed to. I don't typically write bad reviews but I've only come here a handful of times in the last couple of years because of how rude they are. They never want to fulfill a customer's request and they made that very obvious. I do not recommend this burger king. To anyone. EDIT: I almost forgot to mention that I got food poisoning from this place a year or so back and they told me it wasn't their food when that was the only meal I ate the day before. I used to go here often but the staff is just miserable. I stopped coming here after I got food poisoning but after they remodeled a came back through about 4-5 times for myself and my patients and EACH time the staff was rude and disrespectful practically throwing the food out the window and telling people they're not allowed to add anything to their orders. I used to go through here fairly regularly because it was on my way to work. I won't be going here anymore. The amount of times they get my food wrong is absolutely astounding to me. I may be a little more understanding during rush times, but this is never the case. I will even specifically say which meal I want instead of saying which number it is and it's STILL wrong!

I was there a couple of Sundays ago and they lady that was working there was rude as all could be. I told her what I wanted and she heard me wrong. I told her again and she was mumbling things under her breath, but her mic was still on and I could hear the entire thing. I'm not a religious person, but when I have the person saying, "Jesus Christ." a couple of times, all of a sudden I feel like I'm inconveniencing her.

I also wanted an iced mocha coffee for my drink and that's when another "Jesus Christ" came from her mouth, followed by I don't think we have enough mocha. It turns out they did, but I can't say that I felt like I was wanted there at all. I DO not recommend this...

Thursday night dinner mistake! Did a online order. Pulled up to the speaker. The lady running the drive-thru had zero customer service skills or just manners. It's speaks a lot of who hires these people in the first place. Clearly the hiring person was lacking skills too. But the lady working the drive-thru never said hi, thank you, etc. These low life people they hire need to realize the customer is the one keeping you in your job you hate so much. No customers equals a closed down business. So no customer service skills or manners. Food was trash and slopped together like how they do it at their own home. Businesses really need to screen workers. I've been to nice burger kings and I was shocked because most just hire anyone off the street and don't care. They definitely they need...
