Had plans for Koons to install new stainless kitchenakitchen in our home. Used them before and service was great when Mr Koons ran the business. Sales Mgr came to take measurements of required items and told us I'll call you in a week to give you a cost, what items I have in stock and approx install date. Never heard a thing for 2 weeks! We called, he said he was still waiting for info on one item. We told him arrange installation the other 3 items and we would wait for the last item to come in. Said I will call you tomorrow regarding install date. Never called. Called him next and he said he was very busy and forgot. Said he was very busy and had not called us, again.I told him it only takes 2 minutes to make a call and update us. That's when I fired him. Walked in the store looking for a refrigerator and was helped almost immediately. I already knew pretty much what kind I wanted, so Jason had the purchase and paperwork all done within 15 minutes. 2 days later he brought it through my door himself with his fancy robot dolly assisting him. He had to take the doors off AND take the entry door off it's hinges, but he took it all in stride and had it up and running before my dawgs could get over the baby gate a third time.
