Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Richmond

Not good. We go there regularly. I got a small blizzard, I stirred it and there was nothing but ice cream in it. I asked them to remake it, which is something I normally wouldn't do, but why did I pay for just ice cream? They remade it and honestly it was terrible. It was supposed to be cookie dough, there were literally five pieces in it. My husband ordered a cone, and they put about 1/3 of the ice cream on that they usually do. It was so small you could see the entire top of the cone. Daughter got a fudge sundae.. hardly any fudge. Umm? New management making cutbacks maybe? Either way, not good service either, and for the last 5/6 years that we've been going there, never had any issues or complaints until now. Won't be going back...
