I'm sick and tired of being told by corporate that if I order a double decker Taco they will gladly make it for me only to go to Taco Bell locations and be really told by staff that they no longer sell double decker tacos I have gotten to the point where I just ordered two crunchy tacos two flour tortillas, and two orders of refried beans. I am sure that takes your staff longer to create and package then it would just to be obliging and make my double decker taco. I cannot tell you the number of Facebook posts I have made on the corporate website emails to corporate and phone calls I have made about this issue. You guys have lost me as a customer. I don't know why you would take away a staple menu item that you still have the ingredients to make after 24 years. I am appalled at the level of rudeness your staff exuded! Now no longer get Taco Bell for a quick lunch or dinner. The only choice I have is to make my own double Decker tacos from your restaurant or take the time and make the double decker tacos from scratch at home which is the choice I am going to make in the future. Don't want to hear that you're a franchise. I've been told by corporate that you guys can make the double-decker Taco you are just choosing not to at your location. I am a Google maps local guide and I'm going to continue posting reviews of all of these Taco bells until someone listens. Read moreBoy, Taco Bell West is either short staffed & not paying attention, or they're sending food out like they're low on products. I ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito and a side of pintos & cheese and the dang things came out like something from the $1 menu! Very very little meat, a few pieces of shredded cheese (even though I ordered extra meat & cheese) and barely any of the other 3 toppings. I swear, they sent out a burrito SHELL folded over that was about the size of a pack of smokes with just drippings of what was supposed to be a 5-layer. The pintos & cheese was about 1/3 full. Just ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS & A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! 😒 Went to Taco Bell EAST last week & not only are they serving the same small & messed up orders, but when I took it in to be fixed, I stood there for over 15 minutes w/o anyone coming to the counter even though the manager & chick at drive-thru window made eye contact with me multiple times. When they finally did, the manager had such a RUDE attitude that I turned on video to record how she was talking to her employees, which of course mad her so mad that she cussed me out. (Also on video!) She refused to "calm down or step outside," so I sent the video to cooperate. It's a damned shame what's going on at the Eastside! GET IT...
Read morewent through the drive thu order was messed up from the get go, kid on the speaker barely understandable, got to window and they were chomping ice had to clarrify the order again, got home half the order was still missing and 2 of the cheesy chicken gordis had zero (and I do mean zero) chicken on them. Called tge store back, manager seemed like she could care less but said come back and it would be fixed. we did so but zero apologies were offered. before I get finish there is 1 question, why the hell is the dining room not open?? If I were standing there watching them fix and bag my order I wold have seen the mistakes.
