My husband and I went in to have lunch the manager on duty (blonde with tattoos on her arms) you could tell she was not in the best of mood (see it on her face) told a male employee on the floor in front of customers and other employees told him he can leave cause he wasn't doing anything which he was cleaning down pop machine. Then told another employee that he was not doing anything that he didn't listen when she told him to stop dumping the red bucket down the pop drain. Which as a manager for over 20+ years i know for a fact you should have pulled him to the side and addressed what he was doing wrong not in front of customers or other employees. Plus also she shouldn't have talked about him to other employees no very professional. Plus yes you can put the sanitizer watered down the drain for the pop cuz I know for a fact it keeps the gnats and flies away she was very unprofessional. I felt bad for the man that she talked to this way and felt bad that he heard her talk about him to another employee. I do like going in there for ouch cause the food is great and the employees are very nice but you can tell that her attitude just made everyone there having an attitude or a bad day we were always told as managers to put everything behind you and make sure you are in a good mood cuz it puts everyone else in a great mood so I don't know if Subway will do something about this but it was very unprofessional how she treated her employees and how she was just had a look of disgust on her face knowing she had to work today. I just wanted to let Subway know that it takes only one person to bring the crew and customers in a...
Read moreThis review is specifically so subway corporate might see it and do something about the speaker problem. I visit this location at least once a week. As a customer I see that it is NOT fair to the workers in this restaraunt to have to deal with the janky drivethrough speaker system. It needs fixed. Every time I go the workers have difficulty hearing my order and I've been on the inside of the restaraunt and listened to it from the front counter while they tried to hear others orders. That thing goes from barely audible to loud. Sometimes its untintelligble and sometimes it will come through crystal clear. Today I had a particularly bad experience with it. I was trying to order a celsius after my sandwhich and the girl said what twice so the third time I tried to be a lot louder like borderline a yell "like from the cooler a celsius". I just wanted her to be able to hear me. She responded through the speaker "No need to get rude ma'am". Which honestly? Technically not a good customer service response but no one should have to let people be rude to them and it isn't her fault when she can't tell whose being rude and who isn't based on the speaker not sending things through/ being unintelligible. I know it probably isn't that franchises fault either. I've worked retail and food service. It's almost ALWAYS corporate making things harder to get fixed. However it left me having had a really bad interaction. Long story short: fix your speaker. It isn't fair to customers and especially workers to have to constantly deal with...
Read moreThey seem short staffed and you can tell they are trying their best, like every restaurant right now. But with that said, we paid $30 for 2 foot longs and a wrap, with 3 chips. The prices understandably have gone up. But my sandwich was forgotten and I called and drove back to get it. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes after they said they’d be right with me. After all the other customers left I was still sitting there and so I drove back around only to be told to wait again. Then they didn’t even know why I was there, so I had to explain again and reorder at the window and wait another 6 minutes for them to make my sandwich. All I wanted was to get extra lettuce on there. And I get home and there is like 2 pieces of lettuce. I used to order a lot, but just seems like the quality and reading what people want on subs has become nonexistent. They just throw on as much as they want to which is fine, but don’t give the option to do more and less if it’s going to be the...
