DAVINCI'S​ — Restaurant in Richmond

I only order delivery and Da Vinci always disappoints. Every time except once, the delivery has arrived at least 25 minutes late, the pizza always lukewarm. The last time I ordered they had forgot to ask for my phone number (and had forgot to offer it to them) and the pizza delivery guy had gotten lost. When I called an hour later to inquire about my food, the order taker had actually sounded mad, stating I had given him the wrong phone number and because of that they couldn't call me. When the delivery guy showed up he said they same thing, completely ignoring me when I had told him I had never given their company my phone number.

I give them two stars because the pizza wasn't awful, just not all that great. I've made a point to throw out their menu in order not to accidentally order their...

I ordered directly through their website and WOW! It is excellent! Sunday Special of a 1 topping pizza, 12 wings and fries for like $22.

I had no idea how it was all gonna go, based on the area of town...my food was hot and ready when I walked in.

Polite young man at the counter. Appreciated the cash tip.

Got home and after years of looking, HAVE FOUND MY WING DING PLACE! EVEN MORE SURPRISED THAT HOT SAUCE IS MIXED INTO THE WING BATTER (look at the golden color of the batter! Wing Sauce inside. Not too spicy, just a nice complexity that was totally unexpected)🤯❤ Absolutely Love that thoughtful touch!

I asked for 'SOS' - sauce on side. Two cups were there,plus blue cheese :)

Last night, your delivery driver pulled directly into my front yard after heavy rain all day. When told what he did and asked to be more careful next time, he said he couldn’t see where to go (it would stand to reason that you’d park where the other 2 cars were parked…) and then said they don’t deliver this far out (but the order was accepted and they’ve delivered us in past as well). The driver then sat in his car for several minutes, still in my grass, then spun tires pulling out, presumably angry that we told him to not park in our front lawn. Photos of the aftermath are posted. This WAS an employee and not someone from a delivery service as the car had the Davinci’s logo on top. Super unprofessional and won’t be purchasing from this...
