Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Richmond

1/26/2025 We've only come to this location for our specialty veggie pizza and they have not dissapointed..not once.

Well, only if they're closed un expectedly.

We must inform all of you about Ms. Khia.

On Sunday, Jan 26. 2025 Khia was working alone when we arrived. Ms Khia was addressing the carryout orders and the customer walk-ins. We were walk-ins. A mistake was made by a driver there taking our order. We discovered it after the driver left. I addressed the issue with Ms Khia. Not only did she take the time to address my issue while customers waited to pickup orders and with the phone ringing non-stop, she not once broke character in her professionalism. She corrected the error (we did get refunded on our card) and made an awesome speciality veggie pizza with pineapples on one side. Hats off to you Ms Khia for keeping your location opened and doing it with a smile. She did not miss a beat while making those pizzas either. There were no complaints while we were there...only praises!! We'll be back!!

I don't understand how this location stays open. Almost every time I want pizza, they're closed in some ridiculous way. Today isn't a holiday but their lobby is not open, and they are not offering delivery services at all. What is the point of this location? Is it closed permanently, because if it's not , it probably should be.

Figured I'd give them another shot, but they are not offering delivery services at 531 on a Wednesday evening....

There always seems to be something wrong at this dominos lately. Almost every time I place an order they call me and tell me how they can't make the delivery. Normally that would be fine but they have weird carryout hours that stop well before delivery hours. It's a mess. Oh and you don't even get your money back until 3 to 5 business days. You pay for pizza you can't have even though the store is open and then you have to wait days for a refund. Can you really get any worse than that?

They really should adjust the times on the store page if you're gonna be closed over an hour before the actual...

Never again. I ordered online at 632. It stated a 60-70 minute wait for delivery. It's raining. I'll wait. At 658 my food came out of the oven according to their wildly inaccurate tracker. I tried calling at the hour and 15 minute mark. Surprise, no one answers the phone. Tracker says it has left at 801. Fine. It's going to be disgusting but it's coming. Wrong. At 830 the store calls and says they're leaving in 10 minutes with my food. No. Just no. It's been 2 hours. I asked for a refund. Either they can or my credit card will. Never, ever ordering from here again. This is the second time they've been this terrible. The first I thought was a fluke since I've ordered many times, but I guess this is just who they are now. I'm not sure who's managing this place recently, but over the past few months it's just tanked. I mean, how are you honestly justifying serving me something that's been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour...
