I wouldn’t even give this a (1) star rating. I walked in to order food and drinks and at first I just brushed off how short the barista was being until she just started flat out ignoring everything I was asking. I ordered (2) sandwiches for me and my bf, they didn’t have anymore so we decided to go somewhere else for food but we still wanted to order drinks and Ashley came off very annoyed. She made one of the drinks and just sat it on the counter and didn’t say anything. I asked if that drink was mine and she walked away from me. I was like, okay maybe she didn’t hear me ( wasn’t loud in there at all and my bf and i were the only customers). So when she walked back towards me, I asked the question again, the second barista looked at me and back at her, ( so I know I was speaking loud enough) Ashley walked away again with a smug look on her face. Absolutely rude. I told my bf (while still standing down at the end of the counter) that I was going to leave a review and the second barista started laughing. I went in around 1115 on July 4th. I didn’t catch the second baristas name. I had to ask Ashley for hers. And yet she seemed annoyed again when I asked for her name. Completely rude! Read moreI always have sympathy for Target Starbucks as there are max 2 people working. However, this is the third consecutive time they’ve messed up my simple order. First, they are always out of mocha so I’m not sure why they even have it on the menu. Second, when I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, she served me a black cold brew. I phrased it in the form of a question to be nice (“is there any cream in this?”) but it was very obviously black. She says yes there’s cream? I say oh well can I get a little cup of cream to add in myself. She takes the cup and then spills it. Then she makes me another drink that looks correct! I walk out of Target, sip the drink to find out there is ONLY cream, no vanilla. The only time they actually had mocha, I ordered a mocha frap and they gave me cookie crumbles. Read moreI just had a terrible experience here. Usually when I walk into any Starbucks I am immediately greeted by a friendly barista. When I walked in, Brandon completely ignored me while I looked in the food case. Once I aproached the counter. He continued to fiddle with a timer and ask the other barista who had come from the back a question about it. SHE finally acknowledged me, took my order and made my drink...all while Brandon just stood there. She then placed my drink on the counter and told me to have a great day, but I hadn't paid for my drink yet. I informed her of this and she rang me up...ALL WHILE BRANDON JUST STOOD THERE!
