We had lunch delivered through Door Dash. All went great with the delivery. The menu leaves a lot to be desired. Not much information, not many choices and no desserts. The restaurant called to clear up an order that was clear to begin with in my opinion, how can you mess it up? I know, you see it's a translation problem. On their menu, they have an icon for 'extra portion', but the App doesn't allow you to choose a protein and add extra. It's one or the other. If you select extra portion, what do you get an extra portion OF? I wrote in the comments section to ADD and that's the reason they called and because of 2 drinks ordered. You see the menu app doesn't allow you to subtract or delete an item. You have go cancel the com plete order, then start over. When you talk to them and try to explain, there's a language barrier! They're very nice and personable. But it can be frustrating. Food was good, but will have second thoughts of ordering again. It's ok, but not worth driving there to eat. Glad it was delivered. Order wasn't complete as discussed over the phone with employee...
Read moreCame in tonight as my favorite taco truck had closed due to the rain. When I arrived the employee up front was helping the only customer at the counter. He called back for another employee to come help me. I ordered a quesadilla with tinga (chicken & onions in a chipotle sauce). The guy started making it but I noticed he was making it like a burrito not a quesadilla like I asked. I proceeded to ask for beans for my quesadilla hoping he would notice he was messing up my food. But he didn’t so me being the person that I am I just proceeded to order like I wanted a burrito and added lettuce, by this time the first employee was done with the previous customer and came over to help with my order. The first employee evidently heard me order a quesadilla and so he just pushed the food on the tortilla over and folded it then placed onto the griddle to cook it. Lettuce and all! By this point I was annoyed and just wanted to get out of there. I finished and paid, definitely will not...
Read moreThis is on the account of my first visit at this establishment. Upon entrance of Don Señor we were immediately enchanted by the aesthetic of the decor. Dark browns against the light browns bring a warm classy feel as well as an appeitite. The lights are brilliant, and so are the tiles. We approached the counter and without hesitation, we were greeted by the friendly staff. Displayed above them were instructions on how to order. Each step allows customers to build their own meals. You can make anything from burritos to tacos to nachos to salads. They have a wide variety of choices in building your meal including meats, veggies, sauces, and bases. They even have vegan options. We purchased two meals with two drinks and it ran us about 19$ and some change. The food quality was good and the atmosphere was excellent. You receive food instantaneously and you pay immediately. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys Mexican...
