Game X Change — Local services in Richmond

1st and last time I'll never go back. I was over charged by 16$ game said 33.99 and charged 49.99 I catch it before leaving and they tell me oh well can't do anything about it. That they don't do cash refunds. It wasn't a refund I was over charged. Ended up giving me 15$ store credit. I didn't plan on spending almost 17$ more after tax at this place. I'm not rich I do budget my money save for what I have. At first didn't want to do anything about their mess up I started to feel bullied. Was more worried about walking outside to smoke than helping the customers. I understand it was accident but I was treated like my fault. I didn't leave and come back I seen before I left so I don't see why I had to take store credit for my money that wasn't spent on something to begin with. I will be taking this complaint higher I just thought the public needs to know the kind of employees at...

Just purchased a used PS4 from this store and as soon as I got it home I noticed it wouldn't take any games and the home screen said a copy of fifa 2018 was already in the console. I pressed the eject button, and a loud click followed by gears emitted from the console. After about an hour of research, I found out that the PS4 disk drive craps out over time , and the game was most likely stuck in the drive. I used a pair a tweezers to pull out the game and was successful, but when I attempted to put in a different game, it got stuck too. Looking at the return policy, it states that there is no cash refund, store credit only, so I am assuming that they essentially sold me a known faulty console and won't give me my money back. I will change my review if proven otherwise tomorrow, but in the meantime I implore you to take your business...

Would always come to game X change to buy and sell..but today..the people they have here seem rude,and picky about how something that was 30+ plus yrs old looks as long as it plays we played it before we left to bring it here..I bought these game from a game X change,, this is how we got them .none of our games or consoles was mistreated or handle roughly by kids.i never heard of them declining to buy one just because you can see through the label.or if there was a scratch..when they just pulled one out of the cabinet scratched all to h*...but this is why we are getting out of gaming because getting to expensive and places and people are to picky over something that is 30 plus yrs old and they give us very little and sell it at a higher price..it is called normal...
