El Trebol Mexican Market & Restaurant — Restaurant in Richmond

this happened yesterday but I don't want to risk this happening to someone else Incase this is normal behavior for this location,

Yesterday I had high hopes going to this restaurant because my partner suggested it saying it's one of his favorite places to go so I agree, as he is placing our order I hear the man taking our order say it's going to be +$30 for only two burritos, I heard my partner say TWO BURRITOS, even asked to confirm and the man said it was only two burritos, none the less we pay trying not to sound rude, they proceeded to bring us out three burritos and we find out we were charged for all THREE when we only ordered TWO(no wonder it cost so much), my partner said his order clear as day even asked to confirm that it was only two burritos when the man said the charge and he said that it was only two burritos, so either they deliberately charged us for a third or their staff needs to be retrained, because I don't understand how you "accidentally" mess that up when you are asked to check and confirm it's only TWO BURRITOS then proceed to tell your customer it's only two when it will clearly say different on your screen, make...

This is a cute little restaurant and store combo. I've picked up orders from here for delivery but haven't had the chance to fine or shop for myself here. The employees are helpful and quick. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. And the food smelled amazing. I will definitely have to return at some point to dine at the restaurant for myself. The little store has all the basic necessities needed for cooking. I was impressed by all the items that are available. It's a very small space but they utilize it well....

It's hard to find authentic Mexican food around here, especially since I'm from Texas and we had taco trucks on every corner. This place gave me a taste of home! Oh & they have a little market that's on the other side, which has elotes suckers with Chile on them and I've looked everywhere. I was beyond pleased!
