How does one get food from here if it says its always closed and when you try to do a pickup order it is all greyed out.

Update: was only able to get food from them one time and it was soo good. Needed a little moisture but the flavor was all there. Since then I haven’t been able to order and I really wish they would take orders. They could pop out to a fair or something idk. I just want some...

Placed an order on DoorDash to try the food and see how it is -- Never got the food as the store decided to claim my Dasher that it was already made and picked up (not true) before going ahead and cancelling the order.

It sounds as if they simply didn't want to make the order and wasted both my and my dasher's time with lies.

Unfortunately my food was less than good. It was quite underwhelming. My plantains were so hard and the oxtail was tough and not falling off the bone. The rice wasn’t cooked well. For 30 dollars it’s unacceptable. I hope they do better in the future. Idk maybe it wasn’t a good night for them.
