JLB Eatery Richmond (Pecan Grove) — Restaurant in Richmond

Jon the manager is HORRIBLE.. I went there with my family who has never been there before.. my brother ordered chili cheese fries .. regular fries came out and they had to take his food back to correct it.. then I ordered a combo and they brought out a burger with no fries at all.. the guy that put in my order didn’t ring up the fries on accident, and said since it was his fault no worries it would be taken care of and after more time went by I had to get up again to ask after several minutes where the fries were.. the same guy stated Jon the manager said I need to pay for them. HORRIBLE service. Do better .. treat your guest better. I just said you know what forget the fries I’m not giving another dime to the mid place.. it’s already super expensive because everything is literally separate.. and to screw our orders up and make us wait while the rest of four food is getting cold just to wait 20 minutes to hear that the manager JON declined making a guest experience right and I need to pay for the fries I ordered.. Wow.#Poor...

I recently moved to the area and this restaurant appeared at the top of my Yelp suggestions.

When I mentioned it was my first time, the waiter walked me through their fan favorites and I ended up with the bacon cheeseburger.

It was hands down one of the best burgers I've had in a very long time, and I've tried a lot of burger places across Texas.

The meat is beyond flavorful and their homemade buns are sweet and savory. Oh, and the portions are huge. The burger is two meals for me.

Their fries were also good, but when I mentioned that I liked onion rings, they threw in a few with my order to try. That's excellent service!

When I returned a month later with my brother, they ordered the chicken sandwich and patty melt and they loved it too.

I've been going to jlb Eatery and joy love Burger now for a number of years their food is fabulous but this location has got issues tonight I witnessed somebody yelling at somebody else or arguing with them in front of all the customers and I also ended up with somebody else's order and that's not the first time that it's happened it's happened before I don't understand how they get it so wrong the place is not even packed there was only like maybe eight people in there and it was just before they closed so I'm driving all the way back up there...
