I had bad luck in getting someone to trust with my hair. I came to do my roots touch up by Cindy. I ended up with such dark toner on my hair that did not wash out whatsoever like she said it would. I been blonde for 35 years. For the first time my family couldn’t recognize me since my color this time did not look good at all. I showed her what I wanted it to be but Cindy made decision to tone it so ashy and dark that it looked very dull. I don’t even know where to start. Everyone was so nice and kind. Ben did an amazing job on my Hair better than I even expected. He was so nice. Took his time and explained the whole process to me. When I stopped by, I didn’t expect to get my hair done that day, but I went ahead and did it. I had my daughter with me and everyone was so kind to her and didn’t make it an issue that I had her.
