My first visit was amazing and my nails looked great! I had gotten a mani pedi and was excited to come back again since the prices were fantastic and everything was amazing! My second visit was not the same. This time I got a mani pedi and a shoulder massage. The pedicure was awesome, she got my ingrowns out with very little pain and my toes look awesome. My nails on the other hand....i had one lady take of my polish and cut my cuticles and all that which ended up looking horrible with a really rough look and texture. Then a differently lady statted doing my nails and trying to fix the edges around my nails but the damage was already done. She then started to paint my nails and was getting it all around my nail, she tried to clean it up but it was still there when I left. My shoulder massage was out of this world, it felt wonderful! When I went to checkcout they tried to add in extra charges that I didnt get and tried to make me give a ridiculous tip, I made them break down what I was being charged for and the couldnt explain the extra charges since I did not get any extra add ons except the shoulder massage which droped my total a good amount. If I got the same treatment I got my first visit I would be back, but with having such a horrible experience my second time there I will...

The initial visit was great, Nancy did amazing and was super personable, and did my nails ALMOST perfectly. However after going home I noticed how puffy and thick the nails are, they don’t do the nice slope you’re supposed to have, and the powder/nail tip on the sides didn’t touch, as in I could see my natural nail and promptly managed to get makeup between my nail and the false one, which I can’t get rid of. 4 days after getting them done my pinkie finger nail started coming up at the side. A week and a half after getting them done, all nails are coming up around the edges! Normally I can go almost 3 weeks without this happening, if it even happens at all. So although it was a great experience in the salon, I probably won’t go back because of all the negatives after the fact....

I absolutely love the employees here, they make you feel so comfortable and do such an amazing job. This is my second visit and had to bring my sister and daughter this round. My first visit was sadly to prepare for my grandson's Mickey mouse themed funeral. The ladies were so very sweet, caring, even consoled me while I was there.
