This was only my 3rd time in my life to do this sort of thing so when I came in I had no clue what Was what and or what to ask for. The lady who did my toes (Miss Jan)sat me down in my chair and helped.me to figure out what I wanted and needed. She didn't try and sell anything to me just helped guide me because I was clueless lol. She did such a wonderful job on my feet. She took her time and paid close attention to details. I was a bit embarrassed because my dogs(feet) were bad and I mean really bad. But she made me feel.at ease and told me.it was OK this what she was.there for and was so sweet about it. Then the lady( wish I could remember her name so sorry) who did my nails was so nice and liked to talk.with me and make light jokes and had a very good personality did a beautiful job on my nails. I work in the food industry as. Cook.so I can't have long fake nails she filed them.down so they weren't bulky and listened to me and what i wanted. I would recommend this shop to anyone. I will definitely be returning there....

I made a 5pm appt for my daughter and me to get manicures and shellack polish. The owner called someone from somewhere else to do mine. “Amy” walked in with a basket of tools and tried to use manicure tools already loose in her basket on my manicure. I had to request clean and packaged tools. I selected a polish that looked to be pearl white with iridescent glitter. When I stated the color is not what it looked like and asked how it could be fixed for the look I wanted, the owner instructed her to use a white base coat. The white base was streaky and did not go down to the base of the nail, leaving a noticeable crescent visible at the base. Despite putting what she had done in a UV setter, the polish did not dry and ended up getting on my dress. Although the cuticle clippers by the other tech nicked my daughter and made her bleed, at least that tech used clean tools from the beginning. My daughter’s teal colored polish looks fine. The owner kept saying he would get someone to come over to fix mine, but by then I just wanted to get...

I came in for pedicure today and the staff seemed nice and pleasant.

The lady who did my pedicure, was an older lady. She seemed sweet at first, but towards the end of my pedicure, she was very rude. The two Stars are for the fact that my toes did at least come out looking decent.

She used a particular color of polish for my toe design which I didn't pick and I didn't like. When I wanted to change it, it seemed like a huge hassle for her and she made a big deal about it. I understand workers can get tired towards the end of the day, but it costs $0 to show people respect and treat people with common decency; especially when dealing with a different race. Additionally, towards the end of my pedicure, I wanted to clarify something, and it got to a point where she yelled to my face in front of other customers. It was very embarrassing and I would not want to return to...
