It was great! I had the BLT + Avocado. What makes it better was I got a free entree by redeeming points from the app. The app is worth it! UPDATE:. March 7, 2022- It is still the same, but they have added steak dishes to the menu for a limited time. I ordered the Steak and White Cheddar Sandwich, but I forgot to take a picture of it. It was good. They also have a drive-thru now. UPDATE:. May 10, 2022-I tried the McAlister's Deli drive thru for the first time to pick up my mobile order. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Potato Salad, Coke Zero, and a free cookie for my birthday. They had everything ready and on time, and it was good! UPDATE:. June 22, 2022-They are still providing good service and good food. It is not far from my parents' house, and they like that. I ordered the Sweet Chipotle Chicken Sandwich, Potato Salad, Pickle, and Coke Zero. Delicious as always. UPDATE:. August 6, 2022-I stopped by the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. I ordered a Garden Turkey Sandwich, Potato Salad, and Banana Butterscotch Pie, for which I would get 200 points if I ordered a dessert. I also ordered a Diet Coke, but I would have had a Coke Zero, but the app didn't have it listed as it normally does. They had my food ready, but not the drink. I asked if they still have Coke Zero. The girl said yes, and I asked if I could have that instead of Diet Coke. She did get that for me. The food was just as delicious as before. UPDATE:. October 16, 2022-I ate there today, and ordered a Sweet and Smoky Chicken Sandwich, Potato Salad, and Coke Zero. It was all delicious, as always. I also redeemed points from the app for a free entree, so my meal was free. I do wish they had the Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake, but they took it off the menu. I like cheesecake, and that would have made a good picture. I hope they bring it back. UPDATE:. November 12, 2022-I ordered from the app and got a Smoky Pepper Jack Turkey Sandwich, Potato Salad, and Diet Coke. The best part was that they had cheesecake on the menu, this time an Oreo Cheesecake. That was the best part of the meal, because it was delicious and sweet. The sandwich was a limited time item, and it had grilled chicken, bacon, Pepper Jack cheese, and vegetables on it. It was quite good. I also ordered an Oreo Cheesecake. I couldn't remember if I ordered one before, so I ordered one again, and it was just like the one I had before:. Delicious! It had four different cheeses and tomato on it. It was about like a grilled cheese sandwich. It was good, but could be better. UPDATE: October 24, 2023-I was here for another lunchtime meal, so I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, Potato Salad, and Coke Zero. It was all delicious! The sandwich was a little hot, but that is the way Buffalo Chicken is. It is another limited time item, but I think it needs to be on the menu all the time. UPDATE: November 18, 2023-I noticed they had pulled pork items available on the app, so I decided to try one of them. I ordered the Pulled Pork Melt Sandwich and Coke Zero. It was delicious, but I will not order the pulled pork items on a regular basis, because they are high in calories. The sandwich has 1330 calories! They also have Pulled Pork Spuds, which has 1500+ calories, and Pulled Pork Nachos, which has 1770 calories! I bet they are delicious, but they need to do something about the calories. They should be part of the menu on a regular basis, but they need to do something about the calories. This was my first trip to McAlister. I had been told that it was a great place to eat. My friend and I walk everywhere because between us we have lost a ridiculous amount of weight. After losing 130 pounds myself, I was going to celebrate with the deluxe nachos. Service was fast and friendly but my nachos where completely inedible. The chips were stale and I couldn't even cut the avocado pieces with a fork, they were like rubber. My friend said something to the wait staff and they asked if I wanted a remake? I assumed the remake would be with the same stale chips and hard avocado, so I declined. My friend ask if they could at least take my nachos off my bill. The waiter said management would need to do that, and he would notify them. I sat there while my friend ate her entire lunch. After she finished I waited some more, no one came. I got up to leave and the waiter came by and I stated that I assumed from the lack of response that no one cared? Then the lady cleaning off the table behind us popped up saying that no one had told her. At this point I just wanted to go home. The manager went behind the counter, we gave her our order number and she couldn't find our order. She tried to get the attention of our waiter, which was difficult because she didn't know his name. After all this, I left without eating, without a refund and without a doubt in my mind that I will never go back there again. After posting this, the owner posted the statement below. I visited this location last night. The outside seemed very clean even after all the wind. Very relaxed atmosphere with the TV's and comfortable chairs. The dining room was kept up only a few dirty tables, not very many people dining. The sweet tea was the only recommendation I could get out of the cashier its was OK. I ordered the Caesar wrap and chilli. I was hungry so I ate most of the wrap and about 1/4 of the chilli. The wrap had plenty of chicken and lettuce, no dressing or parmesan. They just grind the whole lettuce head so I got bitter chunks of core. The chilli was bland nothing exciting there no peppers, no onions, no cheese, tasted like nothing, looked sad, somehow worse than Chilli's chilli. No real wait staff or management in dining area no one talked to us after we got the food. My friend liked his roast beef and packaged applesauce. I doubt I would want to gamble my...
