McDonald's — Restaurant in Richmond

IT'S DEFINITELY AN EXPERIENCE.

I worked at this location. The work as an employee was fair until the manager didn't come in and left a woman named Heidi in charge. She didn't like me, I honestly don't know what her deal was with me. But she told all the janitors to go on break at the same time. And asked me, a cashier, to go clean up a spilled soda. I was like 16, I didn't even mop at home. I explained to her that I don't know how and she told me to learn. Why do I need to learn to mop as a cashier?? Anyways, I chose to just go home. To this day I don't regret it. I just really hate Heidi. I had been a victim of an assault the night before on my way home from work, at 16 years old, but I still came to work the next day because I enjoyed my job. Heidi was awful to me. The customers were awesome! I truly enjoyed my job. Some customers were harder to please than others, but none ever seemed upset with me, more so at the cooks for messing up orders or taking too long, I strived to always do my best, my drawer was never short and my orders were never wrong. Lots of homeless begged and the managers makes them leave, sometimes she just give away a burger and buy it back later with money from her own pocket. All the employees I worked with were kind like us, except for Heidi. I don't know how she became manager. I saw her a few years later and still wanted to give her a piece of my mind, but more than 10 years had passed, it's...

Early this morning at 4:09am while n da drive thru i had ordered a big breakfast meal & it took da lady so long to put my order & price up on screen so i can c it, so i said hello is u there & she neva responded so i drove up to windows to pay for my order & da lady opened da window & told me she don't c yo order so i argued wit da lady & told her i just ordered da big breakfast meal so then da other lady who took my ordered walk up to da window & told me to drive back around to drive thru & order again & when i did as i was gone order she told me that Macdonald's policy is we can refuse to take a customer order & i refuse to take yours cuz u yelled at me & i felt it was rude. So then i pulled my car to side & walked up to window asked both ladies what was their name & they refuse to give it too me, but i told them as i was leaving that im goin to put a big time complaint n on yall terrible service....waitin on da manager to call me now or looks like imma have to go up street to da Macdonald's & talk to da manager cuz he comes n at 6pm tonight & he haven't call me yet.....but nevertheless seems like it's always a problem here that's why i will neva eat at that Macdonald's again i rather go to da other Macdonald's n San Pablo across from Contra Costa Costa. #im...

I went first time and a order two happy meal hamburgers plain with cheese, I pay for each cheese extra when arrive home, any burger has a cheese and it wasn’t plain ! My kids cry whole afternoon because they lost their lunch, I give it second opportunity and say to the lady please make sure is cheese on it please !!!!! They sure yes I was in hurry so don’t time to check it up there and I arrived home and again nothin in bag, they miss hamburger, no cheese and the rest no toy and missing apple bag, and omg they always lost items and to far to drive again, today last chance I drive to get food for whole familiy I spent $50 in food and they refuse to give two ranch, so they instead give a refund of the whole food for denied me a two ranch I had to take out the food of the hands of my children’s for third time !!! Please don’t go to this location really bad service !!! I when two couple time ago when was two Hispanics ladys giving the food the services was awesome but now they really had bad service with a some guys youngers there...
