One of the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever seen. I went inside to wash my hands and after, as I'm standing there waiting for my order? I'm looking at the areas behind the counter. Meanwhile the employees are standing around carrying on, the manager is busy being cool, there's almost no business. I told them, this is one of the filthiest McDonald's I've ever seen. I pointed out the greasy boxes by the coffee and fries machines,, the nastiness on the shake/mcflurry machine, the dirty floors. I was disgusted. The manager said they were short handed. I said if you're all standing around you can be cleaning. They looked at me like I had three heads. I'd have fired the whole staff if I was the owner. I ended up throwing my food away. I'd have stopped going there a long time ago if I'd known how dirty it was or the employees aren't smart enough to realize a dirty restaurant reflects on them. If you can't do a menial job well you'll never be able to do a better paying job well. After tonight, I just think that place is dirty and they're dirty. Gross! Read moreA really wanted to enjoy a frappe but it seems that I can’t even get one frappe blended throughly throughout the entire drink. I’m not very satisfied by the fact that every time I sip through my straw I have a what feels like a ice rock blocking the path of my frappe reaching my lips and the fact that I had to wait a few minutes isn’t an issue. My issue is even after the wait it seems that it wasn’t worth it the money or time so why did I crave something that I wasn’t gonna be served. Honestly don’t blame employees I know a machine makes them so with that said I’m blaming the manger for the fact that this wasn’t noticed though I wouldn’t doubt it I’ve seen mangers on their phones and not acting too pleased when to having to actually do their JOB. Read moreThis is the 4th time I've placed my order using their mobile app, added my sauce to my order, and asked at the team member at the window about the sauce and they've replied "it's in the bag." This is the 4th time I've found that isn't true. I try to respect everyone's time and often don't double check at the window, especially if I've asked. I never thought I'd be reviewing a location based on their forgetfulness in regards to sauce but at this point it just seems like laziness. I don't always have time to run in, or go back through the drive through, and this has grown frustrating.
I know we're all often doing our best, but this makes it not worth getting fast food -- especially with prices rising. I'm going to take a break from this location and hope it's better...
