Edit 3/21: We hadn't planned to go back soon,, but we did. The green stuff in the women's bathroom sink has been cleaned, or something, because it's gone. Service was OK. My son was brought a refill on his soda, the rest of had water and didn't. Food was better, but not great. It was clean, ambiance was good. Food came quickly, they were pretty empty customer wise. Overall, it was good, better than our last time there. **

Overall, just meh. Partially due to COVID (I'm guessing, honestly don't know), they weren't busy, at all. Being seated was quick, as was our initial interaction with our server.

Our server was nice, as was the hostess, but our server wasn't the best. The hostess was unable to explain or help us get the QR code menu to work. However, when she realized it wasn't working for us, she was quite quick to get us printed menus.

As for our server, well, our waters were empty by the time our entrées arrived, but by the time we saw our server again, we were done with the meal. We had planned to order alcohol, since we were attempting a "pandemic date night." Our servers timing wasn't so great, at all, and we gave up on that idea quickly.

In his defense, he may have had a relatively lot of tables for one person. Our server actually got more friendly and efficient as we were wrapping up, and I know at least one other table was wrapping up to leave at the same time as us.

The kitchen burned something shortly after we arrived. It filled the area surrounding with a burnt smell and some smoke. The smoke was taken care of very quickly, had I not been walking close to it when it happened, I'm not sure I would've noticed. The smell we could smell even at our table, though it wasn't strong. The smoke never was thick, as far as we saw. Rather, it was light, and not an issue for us, but was something we noticed.

My husband's meal was good, but mine was blah, basically no flavor (and I didn't and don't have COVID lol). Appetizer came out quickly, and for various reasons (one being how little meat we got), I suspect our appetizer is what was burned in the kitchen. There were some small, completely burnt, singed bits of meat on our plate. We quickly realized those bits were burned, and avoided eating them.

We got bulgogi lettuce wraps as our appetizer, but unlike almost everything else we ordered, they were actually pretty good. I presume due to the pandemic, that's why it was literally a wedge of romaine lettuce (not even bib lettuce like they used to use or whatever type that was), and they make your own this time. That kind of surprised us, as we hadn't considered if they would be, or not, since they always were in the past. However, it wasn't a problem for us to put together our own lettuce wraps, just unexpected. We had a TON of lettuce, relatively, but little meat.

The wraps came with a small container of some type of spicy sauce, that my husband really enjoyed and said was spicy. It being spicy is why I didn't try it, I can't handle spicy. The bulgogi itself was good, honestly probably the best part of our meals. I'm glad they put the spicy sauce on the side.

There was green "stuff" in the women's cement bathroom sink, that looked like algae. It was on about 1/3 to 1/2 of the center of the basin, left of center. That was kinda yuck, because made me think it wasn't cleaned regularly and/or well.

That's gross and unsanitary. I did not take pictures to show this, I didn't have phone with me in the bathroom. I wish I had, because I expect if they see this, they will say it wasn't there, or that it was something unrelated to needing to be cleaned. I used hand sanitizer immediately upon getting back to our table. Maybe it really was unrelated to poor or no cleaning, I genuinely hope it was.

This was our first visit to any P.F. Chang's location in years. We have no plans to go again in the foreseeable future. It was entirely too expensive for the quality of food and service we received. Especially when we can get much better taste and quality Chinese food from Jiang's, delivered right to our door,...

This is a shout out to the manager Michael. Michael, I hope you see this review. My wife and I went to eat there tonight. Wife got the pad thai and I got the short rib fried rice. My food was ok. The ingredients didn’t seem to go together as well as I thought it would. But it wasn’t terrible. My wife’s food was pretty bad. Chicken was super dry and food wasn’t very flavorful. It’s like they had some chicken lying around and tossed it in the noodles. She barely ate it. We were pretty disappointed. The waitress didn’t check to see how the food was and wasn’t all that friendly. That the bad part. The good part…Michael!! He came right over after we told the waitress that the pad thai wasn’t very good. Michael is the nicest and most considerate restaurant manager I’ve ever came across. He said he noticed that my wife barely ate but was eating the fortune cookies and asked if she would like to eat something else that he didn’t want her to leave the restaurant hungry. We didn’t have much time so we declined. He thanked offered to send an order of pad thai to take home. He said he didn’t want her to leave the restaurant thinking the pad thai is bad. Since we didn’t have much time we couldn’t. After we paid he came to us again and asked if we wanted to take some desert home. The whole time he was polite, smiling, and made us feel so valued as customers. It was just not possible to leave the restaurant disappointed or upset. Thanks again Michael! You...

I will say that the food is decent but nothing to call home about. If it was cheaper i would consider it a decent dining experience but our bill came out to over 100 dollars for 2 people. For that kind of price i would expect the food to be better. The food is so limited. You pay for the meal and then have to pay extra if you want fried rice. Then you dont get any vegetables with the meats you order. So you arent even getting a well rounded meal. My mongolian beef was good but heavily seasoned to the point you have to soak up the saltiness with white rice cause its just alot. And i heavily season my food so it’s not like i prefer bland food. If I say something is over seasoned then its high blood pressure on a plate. Yeah i probably wont be coming back anytime soon. The server was great and no complaints about her. Wasnt a fan of the table we were sat at. It was like they put us in an aisleway so we were constantly being passed by every guest and waiter. I took off one star only because its crazy to have tables so so close together but i guess that needs to happen when you are a popular restaurant. But because this is a chain its popular but for the life of me, idk why. Ive had better chinese food from hole in the wall chinese places for half the price. This is for when youre trying to be boujee and also eat chinese food. Cause if you just want good chinese food you would...

I read through some of the reviews before posting mine, and I must say I disagree with most of the reviews I read. Review below. I received a gift card and had never been, so I took my girlfriend out for a night. She's a huge Asian food fan. I called ahead to see if there was a wait, and to ask about reservations. There was no wait, and they said he reservation was optional. We arrived around 7:00 on a Friday and were sat almost immediately. Dead center in a small, two person table. We were greeted shortly after by our host for the night. She recommended crowd favorites as well as her own favorites for starters, entrees, and drinks. I'm a picky beer drinker and she recommended one similar to what I usually get that they did not have. Almost spot on similarities. We ordered some starters and then our main meal shortly after. We chatted, we drink, we ate. It was a lovely evening. I honestly didn't realize there were other people in the restaurant, and or host made us feel at home and like were her only guests. The restaurant was clean, the restrooms were flawless for a restroom, the flavors of the dishes were absolutely delightful, and service was too notch. Thank you team P.F. Chang's for a wonderful evening. Photos added, and I hope this review helped you with you dining decision. #ScottMcNuttReviewsRVA

Our very sweet boss treated us to lunch here in the middle of the week. The server was great - she noticed that I had placed the set up open in the middle of the table because the napkin was dirty. The hot and sour soup was pretty salty but tasted okay even though it was warm but not hot. I ordered extra spicy sesame chicken because I wanted broccoli with my dish; I checked the ingredients online ahead of time but not seeing sugar or corn syrup or any sweetener in the ingredient list, yet the dish was extraordinarily sweet and not spicy at all. I added all of the spices they brought and it didn’t help the dish - which wasn’t terribly warm when it arrived even though the bowl that it arrived in was toasty, which was nice because the air conditioning was on pretty low. We asked if they could make the dish without as much sugar next time and it sounded like that wouldn’t be possible. My boss also remarked that her Kung Pao chicken was sweeter than normal. Maybe they’ve made some recent changes. I would prefer not to come back here if given a different dining option because I didn’t enjoy my meal, which I took home for my husband to eat and he declined after tasting it.
