Last night (09/09/2017) around 4 AM I ordered online one Honey Wheat Loaf, in the morning I went to pick it up and my surprise was that my ordered was not ready and worst one of the girls told me that they don't have any more Honey Wheat, I can't believe I have to spend my morning without my bread and not only this I was calling to speak with the manager and after a long wait she tried to tell me that they didn't bake Honey Wheat it's unacceptable to be lied this way , once the girl told me they sold all of them and manager try to lie to me like I was a child, very disappointed with this store , with the attitude and lack of professionalism, unfortunately my Saturday was spoiled and a very big disappointing morning in front of my family who only eat the Honey Wheat bread, Even if they offer me a refund nothing can be more disappointing and frustrating then loosing the opportunity to enjoy a Saturday morning with my family, I don't need the money the only thing I wished was to enjoy my minimum time off surrounded by my family and eat our favorite breakfast, unfortunately due to the incompetence of few people this wasn't possible..... The cash register person asked me if I wanted chips, bread or an apple & what kind of drink I wanted. Again I informed her, I just wanted 2 half sandwiches and two soups. For dine-in, she informed me that it comes with my order, so I said chips for one and bread bun for the other and ice water for both. I was charged $32. A few minutes later after receiving my food, I noticed they had a pick-2 menu for $12. less than the price that I paid. The Sandwiches and Soups were Excellent, and came very quickly. The atmosphere was good, the restaurant was about a 1/4 full. My wife informed me that the cashier was new and the manager was overseeing her, but remaking an order for a customer that had the wrong order & busy. Read moreI made a rapid curbside pick-up online, and I even put down what I wore and the model of my vehicle. I parked at the designed spot, clicked my order email, and waited... no one showed up after 10 minutes, so I went inside. Two people were inline ordering. One person was asking question about coffee. I checked the "To-go" table (it has a sign), and "delivery" table... nothing. I found my order at the counter near cashier, sitting lonely there. I told the cashier I picked up my own curbside order, even though it has a policy, but no one was doing it!
I ordered one Kitchen Sink cookie, $3.99. First impression, why was the bag not sealed (as showed in one of my pictures)? Luckily, it had a smaller sealed bag. However, the cookie was dry and hard. It was worse than the ones from grocery store, where I can get much more cookies. Should it be warm for rapid pickup? I ended up put in my microwave and reheated it for 10 seconds. Very disappointed...
