On two separate visits, my husband and I both had negative encounters with the same employee. She was very difficult to understand due to a language barrier, and when we politely asked her to repeat herself, she became visibly irritated and rude. In my case, I had placed the order online, yet she kept asking questions I couldn’t make sense of. Her tone and facial expressions made it clear she was frustrated with me—even though I was the one trying to be patient and respectful.
My husband had a similar issue. She asked him a question about his sandwich, and when he couldn’t understand what she was saying, she got so rude she nearly yelled at him.

I don't know what has changed recently, but the staff they have hired now barely speaks any English at all and when you try to help them understand all you get is glared at by the one member of staff who does seem to understand but doesn't step in to help you. Even when they say they do understand, they don't. When you speak up that they have missed an ingredient, you get ignored and they pack up the sandwich. $20+tip for two sandwiches is crazy! Hopefully next time they have more staff schedule to help those who aren't fluent in English help their customers. However, they fired all the people that actually listened and hired a bunch of rude, vindictive people that don't listen and put things on your sandwich you didn't want or ask for when you aren't looking. Pay $35 for 3 sandwiches and they put 3 slices of roast beef on one and PILE the others with rotisserie chicken. The roast beef had HUGE gaps in the spinach placement and the sweet onion was put on by the tablespoon full, all along the sandwich.
