Idk how many times I have to write a review on this location but, ill do it EVERY time if i have to. Its not even about the chips and cheese we didnt get but, its about the money I spend and never get my correct order. If you are out of something, then say that at the speaker or window instead of substituting something we don't want. Gave us cinnatwist instead of chips and cheese. WHO eats cinnatwist? NOBODY!! Like how sad of a location to CONTINOUSLY mess someone's order up. Do I seriously have to sit at the window in the drive through and search my bag EVERYTIME to ensure my order is right?? And waste everyone's time? It's called FAST food. How sad is that. You literally have one job and apparently to you all, that one job is to massacre everyones order the best you can. What a joke of a location. The worst taco bell around. They can never get the order right. ALWAYS leaving something out. Instead of putting things in the right containers to ensure they got the orders correct, they throw it all in one big bag with everything spilling out and the order incomplete. What's the point of spending money at your location if you cant even give people what they paid for. You would think I'd learn my lesson because it happens EVERY TIME. And the fact that you all are so comfortable doing it because you are CONSISTENTLY doing it, says a lot about your store.

Yesterday I stopped in to get a steak power bowl. When I got home I saw that there was no steak. I normally don't call when a place makes a mistake, as I know these things can happen, but I really wanted that steak. I called the store and told the polite gentleman on the phone that my order was wrong. He asked his manager for instructions then returned and told me to bring my receipt and they would replace it. I told the young man thank you and I was happy with the service he gave me. I arrived today and told the man at the speaker that I needed an order replaced. He told me no and said that I would need to purchase a whole new one. I tried to communicate to him that my order was not right, and that the gentleman I spoke to agreed to replace my order. He said he was the GM and was very adamant that he would not replace my order and said the shift leader was in the wrong for doing this. I was rather shocked. I said no thank you and left. I would have preferred that management honor it's verbal agreement with the customer. I really like this location, their food is good and the staff is nice and often funny. I wish that some of the management could be the same way.

However, we got nothing but a dry thank you when my the bag was handed to me. I get, if you don't like the service don't go, but if I choose to go to what I expect to be a 1/2 way decent (used to be way more affordable) place then I expect to at least get what I paid for. Prices are way too high to be taking risks like this for a quick bite to eat.

This is the worst fast food experience I've had since the last worst fast food experience I had, which was also at Taco Bell. That last time, I waited forever and then had to talk to the cops because a dude broke stuff about the breakfast menu.

This time it took 10 minutes to be acknowledged. The first person was nice enough and we placed our order. The ice/drink machine was broken, so she would need to fill the cups herself. No problem. That ended up taking a really long time and she forgot my drink and the receipt. Oh OK, no worries she'll be right back. We get our food. Another five minutes so we ask to speak to the manager. A different worker in the back made eye contact, rolled her eyes, and quick looked away talking to someone I couldn't see. By this time, someone came up and ordered on the kiosk and another person came in, waited a good while, and left.

A third worker comes from the back (I heard bits of conversation that implied a guy was on break) and says he wasn't the manager but would let them know. He comes back and "she's busy". He tries to get my drink but they're out of Baja Blast? Alright, I'll take diet pepsi. He gets it and reprints a receipt pretty instantly (I really feel for this dude coming back from break or whatever and suddenly there's a line of annoyed customers) The entire time you can hear the passive aggressive slamming of kitchenware.

I worked food service and other front facing positions and I know how terrible it can be. I know what it sounds like when the coworker is angrily working compared to the sounds of a really busy shift. So this entire time, I'm trying to be friendly and give this poor kid some grace. This was just really really bad customer service. Also, someone should check on the dude because his coworkers really suck and he seemed like he'd be alright anywhere that...

Usually, I order from Taco Bell, but I’ve had two very different experiences there.

The first time I went, I asked for extra taco sauce. They only gave me 2-3 sauce packets, and when I asked for more, they said they could only give me 2-3 more. Other restaurants don’t seem to care about limiting sauce like that. The flavor of Taco Bell food really depends on the sauce, so without it, the experience isn’t the same.

The second time, I went at night around 10:10 PM, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I had placed my order online and was just supposed to pick it up at the window. I didn’t need to go through the ordering process again, but when I got to the window, they told me to drive around and come back before they would give me my food. My order was already ready, but they still made me go through the drive-thru again before finally handing it to me. The night-shift manager and staff were extremely rude.

The next morning, I spoke to the morning shift manager about what happened, and they were very understanding. The morning staff had great customer service, but the night-shift employees and manager were the worst I’ve ever encountered at a Taco Bell.

This review is specifically for the night shift. I know how restaurants operate, and having employees like that is never good for business. It affects the entire shift and the overall customer service experience. The level of rudeness I encountered was unbelievable—something I’ve never experienced before at any Taco Bell. I am not happy. Don’t go here. First of all the last 3 times I ordered nacho fries they didn’t even season them. At all. The last two times me and my boyfriend went through the drive through they forgot some of our food. And today, 4/10/22, I just went through the drive through and they forgot my nacho fries and my extra cheese for my nachos that yes I did ask for cause they NEVER care to put a full amount of something on anything. So I go back through the line and said “I just went through and I didn’t get my nacho fries or my extra cheese for my nachos” she goes “oh we don’t put extra cheese on the nachos” okay.. then give it to me on the side that’s what I ordered. So anyways she told me to pull up to the window. So I pull up to the window and she’s laughing before she opens it. And a guy comes up, holds up my nacho fries and the seasoning and shakes it on there in front of me and goes “just to show you we are putting extra seasoning on your fries” In the most sarcastic and smartalec way. Very rude and un professional. And all of his little employees were laughing in the background. So I snap and go “yeah good thanks because the last three times I ordered them they were actually freezing cold with zero seasoning at all what so ever not to mention this is the THIRD time you guys forgot my food that I come here and pay for.” Very insulting...
