Wendy's — Restaurant in Richmond

I came by to pick up a quick meal, since I was busy yesterday. I ordered Dave's Double, French fries, Coke Zero with a touch of lemon. It was great. UPDATE:. August 12, 2022-I decided to order a Dave's Double, French Fries, and Coke Zero on the app, but the order didn't go through. I went inside to place the order, and I got told the app was down after it was scanned. When I got home, I found I got a Dave's Single instead. I didn't have time to go back. The food was delicious, but I wasn't happy. I had to fill out a form online to get my points. I haven't heard anything yet. UPDATE:. February 1, 2023-I haven't had Wendy's in a while. I wanted to try the Pretzel Bacon Pub Burger for a while, so I ordered a Double Pretzel Bacon Pub Burger, Medium French Fries, and Coke Zero. When I pulled up to pick up the order, I was told they were out of the pretzel buns, so I either could have it made with a regular bun, or choose a different sandwich. I chose the regular bun, and they made my order, and I picked it up and went out my way. When I got home, I discovered they gave me a single burger instead of the double. This has happened before here. In August, I ordered a Dave's Double, and they gave me a Dave's Single instead. I hope management is reading this, so they know to stop making these mistakes. I still ate it, and it tasted good, but I would have preferred the pretzel bun. I may go to the north side Wendy's, and see if they have it before they take it away again. UPDATE: July 15, 2023-It has been a while since I have ordered Wendy's, so I decided it was time to do so. I have had problems here the last few times. I ordered a Dave's Double, Medium French Fries, and Coke Zero. When I went to pick it up, the manager gave it to me, and I had told him I wanted to check and make sure I got a Dave's Double and not a Dave's Single, like I did once before. He told me he was sorry. When I told him it was a Dave's Double, he was happy. He had taken care of me once before, and he was so nice to see. He is such a nice man. I hope he is reading this. When I got home, the food was so delicious, like always. UPDATE: October 27, 2023-I picked up breakfast this morning after having a test where I had to fast. I ordered the Honey Buttered Chicken Biscuit, Seasoned Potatoes, Orange Juice, and the Frosty Vanilla Cold Cream Brew. It was all delicious, but I thought the chicken biscuit had gotten smaller since I had one last. I never had a Frosty Cold Cream Brew, and it was delicious. I noticed one of the flavors was Pumpkin, and I probably should have ordered that, but Vanilla was delicious. I better hurry back there before the end of the month to get Pumpkin. UPDATE: November 3, 2023-The week before, I tried the Frosty Vanilla Cold Cream Brew, but then I realized I should have tried the Frosty Pumpkin Cold Cream Brew. On this day, on my way to work, I did try it. It was delicious! I do need to mention you need to hurry to get it, because it will go away from the menu on November 14th. UPDATE: November 17, 2023-I picked up breakfast this morning, so I ordered a Baconator and a Frosty Peppermint Cold Cream Brew. The sandwich was delicious. I never ordered a peppermint coffee before, and it was sweet, but not too sweet, and it was something I would have again. UPDATE: January 27, 2024-This time, I ordered a Single Nacho Cheeseburger, Medium French Fries, and a Medium Coke Zero. I have never had a Nacho Cheeseburger before. It has what looks like skinny Fritos on it and spicy sauces. It is different and good and worth trying again. Most likely, it will be a limited time only item. UPDATE: April 22, 2024-I had a birthday offer to redeem, so I used it to order a free Caramel Frosty Cold Brew, along with French Toast Sticks. It was a light breakfast to have before leaving on a day trip. UPDATE: July 25, 2024-I needed supper, so I ordered a 10 piece Chicken Nuggets, Medium French Fries, and a Medium Lemonade. This used to be a decent Wendy's to go to but it isn't anymore. I ordered 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches today. We received our drinks and then were told to wait in the mobile order parking area for our sandwiches. About 10 minutes had passed and I noticed multiple cars in line that had already ordered and received their food. I called Wendy's twice to see where my food was and no one answered either time. I then decided to go into the restaurant. The employee was confused and had to find my order. My order was in the bag, ready to go just sitting on one of their food stations. The employee told me that the person who was working at the window forgot to tell the employee that took over for them that we were waiting on our food. This isn't the only bad experience we've had lately. A couple weeks ago when we stopped by this Wendy's for a to go order they gave us the wrong order and we received someone else's food. For the most part I got decent service there seems to be a little they can improve I hear people talking about Wendy's they think the quality of workers have went down I think people just people for how they look but people need second chance and and fast food places could really help out the community and all the other job resource Wendy was a good place that I love to eat at but the quality of food seem to change after the pandemic pandemic hurt a lot of small businesses that close down and many restaurants have to change their menu I don't like some of the food at Wendy has now I don't eat there as much but places always change just like other places I ate at I didn't like it for some reason or another they change but they improve again at a later date and time and I know Wendy's will too bounce back it's only my opinion keep the...
