Westco Donut — Restaurant in Richmond

the place has a ton of foot traffic. i thought it would be great to stop in and see for myself. it is dark. dingy. looks greasy. the food in the cases looked like it was there a while. when the guy in front of me ordered the lady went in back to get him his order. apparently showcase is merely just that. i ordered donuts. they are after all a donut shop. i was getting them for the business i was visiting. i dropped off donuts and a couple of the ladies asked if i had just purchased them. they stated they were more like day old donuts. i felt horrible. i guess i wont be using this place again. if the place is not up to par when you walk in, just walk out. no...

The food is bland and disappointing. One they dont have a single Kolache which isnt sausage or ham. Most kolache places have a classic potato egg and cheese Kolache. There are too many options in the area where instead I could get a classic potato egg and cheese Kolache.

1. yes-the “asian lady” has an attitude: she has had one for years (likely due to slow and annoying customers). She still makes the best donuts around and if we don’t waste her time she’s cool. Keep being you ma’am, it’s all good! I would miss it if she suddenly got smiley.
