Casey's — Restaurant in Ridgecrest

I came in on august 29th 2023 two of my friends came met me there I had two mix drinks my other friend had two drinks the other just had one drink these drinks was $10 a piece my bill should had been $54 if I had gave waitress a $10 tip so it should had been only $64 so I assumed they charged me $4.00 for a cheese cup because my total bill was $68.00. Even on my account it even stated that then I noticed $10 more gone out of my account on the 31st so I checked app again and seen they also recharged my acct of $78.00 I then called restaraunt talked with a young lady who answered phone she went to Manager he said he would look further into it and call me back we’ll 24 hrs later I still have no phone call I would understand all this if I had gotten drunk but I only had the two drinks and I was on a budget so I was keeping up with mine and my friends drinks one reason was because it was put on a tab so as for now I will never go back in there much less run a tab even my two friends kept up with it so the bill would not go over my limit so I spent $78.00 on 5 $10 drinks what got me was them going back and charging me another $10 to me that is taking advantage of someone who ran a tab. Came here for the 1st time tonight. I looked their menu up online, but I could only find 1 that was 4 yrs old. Was bummed to get there and find out they have no app sampler, fried pickles, or apple chimi chzcake. Our table was dirty with fingerprints and food smears. Hostess/cashier had no mask on. Service was very minimal and she was very unfriendly. She didn't check back on us even once. I had to hunt her down to tell her they didn't put chz on my sandwich, and to get our bill. She fixed my sandwich by bringing me a slice of cold cheese. And when it sat on the plate the entire meal, it didn't even prompt her to stop and check on us. My fish sandwich had no seasoning and tasted like straight oil. My daughter ordered the teriyaki burger with pineapple and that was fabulous. So was the fried zucchini. It's also weird that a guy not in uniform brought us our drinks, instead of our server. He was nice at least, and the only service we received other than her taking our order and dropping it off. He refilled our drinks twice. Felt weird to leave a tip, even tho I still did. Who does it even go to? And why? As a server myself, I expect better!! Especially with Cali's high...

Terrible customer service. I was not greeted when entering the restaurant. I saw 2 other people waiting for a table, that was not greeted. I was also not thanked for coming in and purchasing food. They messed up our entire order. Did not follow any of the special instructions. We order our food at 7:30 P.M. and went to pick up the food at 8:15 P.M. The order received was missing an entire order. Nothing was made correctly. We waited another 45 minutes for our food to be remade. I spent $90 for my entire family. Though mistakes can be made, when you spend that much money, as a business you need to ensure you are taking care of your customers to the fullest. They apologized for the mess up, but you cannot be making those mistakes when paying at very high costs. Though the food might be decent, you will not be treated with professionalism, kindness, and care. You may get the ok food, but you will not be treated with superb customer service.
