Domino's is not my favorite pizza, but I enjoy the other options the have. Two weeks ago I ordered from here. My driver showed up at the door with the wrong order. After my order had been tracked down and given to me, I found that the sauces I paid extra for were missing. I called the driver and let her know that I was missing them. She said she'd be right back with them. My family and I decided to wait to have our order completed. After 20 minutes had gone by, I called the facility to check what was happening. The manager gave the excuse of being short staffed and then said that the driver was on her way. I understood this, as things like this happen. Fast forward to today where I ordered from them again. Like last time, I added sauces with my order. The driver came to give me my order. After handing me my food, he said that he had forgotten the sauces, and that he would be right back with them. He seemed like he was new at the the job, so I thanked him and let it go. After 20 mins, I called the establishment and the same manager I had spoken two weeks prior , again gave me the same excuse of being short staffed. She then stated that the driver had told her about it, but had been helping her at the establishment. Again, she said that he would be there soon. After another 10 minutes of waiting, my food became cold, and I became tired of waiting what became a total of 30 minutes. I called the establishment and spoke to the manager again asking for a refund. To which she replied with the excuse again that they were short staffed. I told her that it was not my fault, and that it was the same excuse I was given two weeks prior. She then gave me the excuse that I was far out. While I'm not close to the establishment, I'm by no means out of the city limits. I responded to her that I get that, but my problem is that that driver didn't go there and come straight back, completing my order. She said that she would have the call her Manager, and that she'd be right back. She came back with a very rude attitude, stating that I'm being given a refund "all for not getting my dollar worth of sauces." I could not believe that a customer service representative would give me so much attitude after being so patient. The fact is, I did not get what I ordered, and should not have to suffer for things that are our of my control. I will not be ordering food from here again, and if youre reading this review, I would suggest that you don't either. But if you still decide to, just hope that all you've ordered is delivered, and that you don't have to deal with that...

It's terrible too because I LOVE the food.... And their prices really can't be beat, for the product they literally deliver....
Save yourself Time,Frustration,and hard earned $$$, here's MY PERSONAL RECIPE for a personal pizza, make it, pop it in a toster oven till the cheese and toppings are crispy to your liking, mine personally is about 7 - 10 minutes, or till I can't wait any longer to eat it, basically. It's not rocket surgery, sauce the canvas(pita), lightly chz it, your choice of toppings,moar chz to bind toppings, literally THROW IT in the toaster oven,(plz don't do that, I was joking) try to wait for it to cook, cut and let cool, then enjoy. My recipe and tricks of the trade come from over 8 year experience as a short order cook, and in that time,I worked for 6 other pizza joints. This is my PERSONAL technique,my experience and humble opinion that I'm offering for FREE. Take it or leave it, but remember, that thing is hot as f$!#@ so you can't say I DIDNT WARN YOU.

Read moreAfter placing a $100+ order online an the online function allowing me to set up delivery, I was called within 10 mins an told that they did not deliver to our area an the order was canceled but they could still make it & RECHARGE me for a pickup order, i had to ask the man to cancel the tip for delivery also because he didnt think it was nessasary. I opted for pickup an was told the first total would be given back in 3 to 5 days (yay) so after charging over $300 for pizza, once we got there they completely forgot over $50 worth of chicken we had after saying it was in a box. After calling, they said they could give me store credit for the chicken but not a refund, and we could still come pick up the chicken (15 min drive each way). We drove back for the chicken, and once we checked it, the chicken was barely sauced & from an 8 piece, we only got 5 pieces of chicken! Now we have store credit that will never be used cause honestly the pizza was over cooked, barely sauced an not worth my time or money.
