I was excited to try the food cards today. I'm happy my husband and I stopped by. We decide to give Poca Pasta a try I ordered the Arrabbiata with chicken added to it. The chicken was delicious. It was Cook to perfection nice and juicy and easily tear apart. The noodles were a tad overcooked but they were still good. I wish I had more of the red sauce to give it more flavoring but overall it was a good solid dish. My husband loved his Alfredo with tofu. I heard him making yummy noises as he ate 😂. He also got a lemon bar that looks good but he hasn't tried it yet. I look forward to trying all the other food cart options here sometime.

I was informed that if you want any BBQ ribs, you will need to get there before 1 PM each day because they run out of there ribs quickly.

The meats are super juicy and tender and the dipped BBQ sauce is really tasty as well. Will definitely be going back for more when I'm in the mood for Texas Style BBQ. I was informed that if you want any BBQ ribs, you will need to get there before 1 PM each day because they run out of there ribs quickly.

I ate at the Little Canteen and had the Breakfast Sandwich and Tomato Soup. The Sandwich was excellent and the soup exceptional! I was delighted to sit in the outdoor seating area and enjoy the pleasant day and with a picnic like atmosphere. An excellent rootbeer was my choice in beverage and completed to a superb white chocolate mocha. I left feeling whole in spirit and body toward an automobile tour of the local Ridgefield National...
