Rollin Beans Coffee — Restaurant in Ridgeland

I visited this coffee shop on 4/19/23 and based off the other reviews, I had high hopes. I was greeted with a smiling face, which was nice. I ordered a Vanilla Frapp with an extra shot. The presentation was cute, but that means nothing if the coffee doesn’t have any taste… at all! It was literally like drinking water with a tiny (very tiny) hint of vanilla. There is no way espresso was put in to my drink. For $5.50 I expect it to be impeccable. I will stick with my usual coffee shop (Mocha Mugs) that is farther away, but never lacks in flavor and they’re cheaper! Really disappointed...

Blasé Barista at best. The drink menu wasn't exciting. Not many espresso drink options to choose from & I was lead to believe the "drinks" were more or less powders to begin with. So I tried to justify paying over $5 for 16 oz of water & SwissMiss (more or less). And the option of getting an espresso with hot water???? Espresso is mixed with cream or milk foam, but espresso is generally made from hot water so I failed to see the point of paying extra for espresso with hot water!! Nice employees but that's about it. I'll spend my money on...

I stopped by today. The little trailer is the cutest thing. They have a brick and mortar building being opened very soon. It's being remodeled currently and is going to be repurposed from a gas station, so it will have covered parking and possibly even a drive-thru. It's going to be great. I picked up a muffin and a hot drink. The lady working was absolutely the sweetest. She was so helpful. She recommended their most popular drink and I have to say that I love it. I can't wait to...
