Wendy's — Restaurant in Ridgeland

I just got off work and this location is literally down the street so i wanted to grab something to eat before i went home. I get my food and the fries was old and i asked for fresh ones, and everyone up there was just looking lost and i had to ask three times can i have some fresh fries. So then the girl asked me to pull down and i said ok. While i was waiting i said let me check my sandwich and the patties was cold and old, so i went back to the window and told them and everyone was just looking around like i did something wrong. So they ask me to pull down again and i said ok, and 2 girls brought me out fresh food and i was like cool, but when i checked the bag, they gave me a small instead of a large fries, then i had to go back and ask for the correct ones. So when they finally gave me the correct size , I drove off and said thank you. As I was heading home i tasted the fries and they purposely poured a bunch of salt on them. When I got home my wife even said it was a bunch of salt on them. Now I normally don't complain but I'm fed up with this location. For some reason when you go here at night the customer service is extremely horrible. I've been to this location during the day and it is way different then when I been at night. But I will be calling Corporate first thing in the morning, cause you don't treat people like that all cause you was asked to...

After a late night of fun , you tend to be a little hungry & a lot of places are not open . Wendy’s is usually my go to . Now I haven’t came on here and wrote any reviews on my decent experiences, and I’ll take that into account . But tonight was an ABSOLUTE disappointment. We get to the drive thru & no one is there to take our order . We holler “hey , hello , hey , are you there ?” And no answer. We proceed to the window to see what’s going on . I’m thinking “maybe the intercom isn’t working” . We pull up & there’s a lady standing there on her phone and she looks to see us at the window but doesn’t move to inform us on anything . We waited. A lady who looked like she came from the bathroom comes to the window & says “I’ll be right with you” . A minute later she says , “I just got back and they said that something is wrong in the back of house.” Are you serious?! All this time we could’ve went somewhere else . And I bet there was nothing wrong with anything . Y’all just didn’t want to work anymore . I’m appalled. I’m not even upset with the girl who tried to take care of us . It’s the one that was sitting there doing absolutely nothing . You seen us & didn’t want to say anything? I don’t care if you was working the “front” , there’s nobody in the restaurant to assist so you’re supposed to help wherever needed . People are selfish & self-centered . It’s...

I'm just going to stop coming to this wendys all together. The staff her are lazy and trying to cut corners because they wanna close DIRECTLY AT ONE AM SO THEY WON'T HAVE TO COUNT CASH, which I'm sure that's why the telling people at 1130 at night that they are only taking card payments so they can count all the money and not have to do that at closing TIME. Then they wanna make up a lie, saying they dont have any change, please! Its 1130 at night and im sure youll have change from breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's a real inconvenience when most of the time I carry cash. Had to limit my purchase tonight because I can't EVER spend Cash at this location after 1130 Pm. I live less than a mile from this store but it seems that I'll have to travel out my way to countyline rd just to order the food that I want if I'm paying with cash. This is a reoccurring thing at this store, it's sad that I can't eat at the Wendy's that is walking distance from my house because the staff want to walk out the store right at closing time. In my opinion they are costing the store money, because everyone might not be using a card for payment, so just imagine how many people have to drive off because of staff making up there own rules!
