The food is very mediocre. The atmosphere is very quiet and awkward, and the tables were really dirty and sticky when we went there.
We had dinner here and will not be returning. The menus have the wrong prices on them. We ordered fajitas for two and on the menu had it priced at $27.99. When we got our bill, it was $35.99. Plus, they took the liberty upon themselves to charge us automatic gratuity, and tip for our table of three. When I asked the waiter why I was charged the extra $8 he just shrugged his shoulders and started walking towards his manager. His manager spoke to us at first from the counter about 15 ft away and told us the price on the bill was the correct price. I explained the situation to her again and she reluctantly grabbed the menus and started flipping through until she found the menu that I had. She confirmed that the price of my menu was not changed and it still showed as $27.99. Then after confirming, she said she can’t change the price and that we need to pay the price on the bill.
Now, I spend money to eat all the time and have paid bills way higher than this one with ease. Money is not the problem, but the principal is. If I ordered something, based on the price that I saw on my menu, then the correct thing for the manager to do would be to apologize, match the price, and then change the price on that menu. Good customer service is not that hard. It just involves being a...
Read more2nd visit. Just as bad as 1st time-expensive and not worth it :-(
Wait staff situation here is in need of major improvement. Innattentive unless you're an 8 party with cocktail orders (working for tips!!) We all had water no sodas or drinks. The inside tables were dirty needed wiped with no silverware or napkins, finally got it myself along with a nasty eye roll from waitress. The mgr that seated us had no idea of the daily specials but took our order, eventually brought the food then disappeared! Then a completely different girl showed up to give us the check.
Food is standard Mexican fare: tacos etc the nacho chips are the thick ones and they weren't warmed, salsa ok but they do have a Pepitos dip with ground beef, queso cheese and pico di gallo that was delicious this visit but crusty and cold last time. It's a $6.99 small bowl so to me not worth it. Lunch deals are different prices on the takeout menu-tamales were 3.25 but in restaurant they were 5.99! The quesadillas may or may not have been a special but then again they may or may not have been quesadillas! Not crispy or brown just soft white tortilla over unseasoned meat and mostly raw green peppers smothered in cold cheese sauce.
I took 6 people both visits and this was another $90 experiment that I won't repeat, my last...
Read moreCinco De Mayo visit. While I understand that it’s probably their busiest day of the year and we would have to be patient, what I didn’t understand is a complete inability to operate in an effective manner. Waited for about 35 minutes for a table that remained unoccupied for the duration of our wait. The system they had in place to seat customers was a mess. Once seated, we waited for about 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge our existence, so when someone finally did come over we ordered drinks and dinner all at once. Our drinks never came and once our food came out, it was ALL wrong. They proceeded to argue with me about the order and after they took ALL the food back, I also reminded them we still had not received our drinks. At this point we had been sitting at our table for about 45 minutes. It took another 8-10 minutes to get our drinks and shortly after our food came out. I was missing my rice and beans but by this time, I just wanted to eat and leave. The bill came and of course, it was wrong. After a small discussion they took a couple dollars off and we paid and left. We barely received an apology and needless to say, we will...
