I placed a web order online July 31 for a 15 piece. I specifically asked for extra sauce. I get the wings only to see that only my medium wings had extra sauce and my garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper had no sauce at all . Lemon pepper wings look like regular wings and not to mention hard and garlic Parmesan didn’t even taste like garlic Parmesan because they were bland and hard. I immediately turn my wings back in and had the manager look at them and she (k-jingle) even agreed. I asked for my money back and was told they would have to put it on my card instead of giving me cash and to check back Monday. Called Monday not to mention I kept getting put on hold and hung up on and finally was told the GM reversed the charge on 08/02. I saw 0.00 pending back on my card that finally released and still no credit of 19.75 as of 08/06. All I want is my refund. The money came off quickly I expect my refund in the exact manner. P.S. I already submitted my experience under Orders & Visits on the FAQ page.
UPDATE: I still have not received my refund. Was told Monday by Jason that GM Sarah has processed my refund and I will receive a call (no call received) and I would receive my Money the following day and still no refund. I called today and was told to call tomorrow 08/12 for GM Sarah to once again refund me back my money. This is by far the worst experience ever in regards to the product that was served to me and this is definitely unacceptable. It shouldn’t be this hard to refund back money. This corporation makes enough money to where this 19.75 should not mean nothing to them, but it for sure means a lot to me.
Update 2: It is now 08/19 and I have not received my refund. Called the corporate # and they advised me that they reversed the charges, and they should have contacted and informed you of this. They didn’t call and tell me anything and there is no credit pending in my account. She then submitted an escalation for them to get in contact with me. This is ridiculous and unprofessional at its finest. If you can’t put it back on my card properly then give it to me in cash....
Read moreEvery time we've eaten at this restaurant, we've had great services and we've had exceptional services. But last night, we had terrible service! Our waitress, Brittany, was doing just fine for the first 10 minutes or so while we were there, and then she just suddenly started ignoring our requests for refills. I waited about 20 minutes for my refill, and she walked onto the patio, with a platter of drinks, and she dropped a few of those drinks and served what she didn't drop. I waited another 10 minutes, she came back with another platter of drinks, but none of them were mine. When I finally asked for my ticket, she walked on by and spent another 15 minutes getting it. When I had the ticket and my card ready to submit, she was attending to other guests. I was about to take my ticket to the front to see if I could just pay for it there and go, but she said with a bit of an attitude "You have to pay me". She would hand my ticket and receipt in a cold, attitude manner. Guests on the next table had something to say about her lousy service too. They realized that they would never get served their drinks, so as we were leaving, I could hear one of them demanding their ticket. Another group of guests walked onto the patio, waited to be served, and walked out as Brittany rudely said "You'll be served shortly" or something like that. I've had lousy service at the BWW in Hattiesburg, and none of them compared to the service we got last night. Read moreI've visited this location multiple times and I've never had an issue. Somehow this visit was different. It started out ok even though there was a short wait to be seated...after ordering and receiving our appetizers I had to repeatedly ask my server for an addtl comeback sauce which I was ok with being charged for. Once the food was brought out it was only 2 entrees for my family of 5 while my younger 2kids ate myself my husband and our oldest son waited I eventually received my food which was cold and we still were waiting on my husband and son to receive their meals! Our server wasn't even aware of what was going on because she didn't bring any of the food out herself! When she finally reappeared I had to ask for refills for my younger 2 and inform her I was still waiting on 2 entrees...everyone had their food while my husband and oldest son had to wait an addtl 20/30 mins! This was by far a waste of money because my husband said his food was thrown together and my son's wings were hard! I never received my side of fries but she still tried to charge me so I told her to readjust my ticket then charge me and I honestly wish I would have saved that 112.00 because that was absolutely the worst food and service I've ever received at BWW!
