Rosie's Bagel Cafe — Restaurant in Ridgewood

This is the worst place I have ever been the food is cold when you receive it. They continuously get the orders wrong. Myself and my co-workers had to complain a few times. The last time was the last straw. They messed up my order and I called to tell them what happened. This disgusting attitude lady told me it was not her fault and she was not going to correct the order she was very rude and disrespectful yelling at me. I could not believe it all. I have never been so disrespected after spending my money somewhere. I got a two egg, meat, hash brown on a bagel. My hash brown was hard. The order taker/chef/person who answered the phone asked me if I wanted ketchup, salt and pepper on my bagel. I replied light salt and light pepper. I seen him put ketchup on the bagel and said “no ketchup just salt and pepper”. He then scrapes the ketchup off my bagel instead of getting me a new bagel top. He only wears one glove, so he’s cooking the food and answering the phone twice and then rings out a customer in front of me without changing his gloves! I will not...

I come to Ridgewood to visit family from time to time, and saw this place had changed hands. Stopped in for a chicken salad sandwich on a bagel, really good. Best pickle I ever had. Went in another time for a pb&j on an eight grain bagel and some coffee, good again. On the day I was flying home I had to get a sandwich to eat on the plane, and when I mentioned I was headed to the airport, he gave me a couple of cookies for free. Wish I had a Rosie's in my town!
