Delco Steaks Folsom — Restaurant in Ridley Township

I get charged an extra 50 cent on multiple toppings such as fried onions and mayo each time I order. Their menu both online and in the store state these toppings aren't an extra charge and are in fact free. I confirmed the order and reconfirm that I'm not being charged for any toppings and then realize after I get home and check the receipt that I was once again overcharged and needed to call to complain. The young girl Ava is extremely rude that took my original order answers and argues with me and tells me I'm wrong and she did tell me I was paying for these toppings that are advertised as free on their website menu and I ask to have the owner call me and she takes my number down and tells me the owner most likely won't call me. She was correct and I didn't receive a call from him nor the refund I'm owed. I called the Broomall store and spoke with the owner's son Dominick who seemed concerned and assured me of receiving a credit card refund for the extra toppings I was overcharged for although I still didn't see the refund. I don't think Delco steaks values customer satisfaction and don't care if their customers are repeat customers. Would you continue ordering from an establishment that consistently overcharged you on advertised free toppings and then argues with you and tells you one thing and doesn't follow through? I would not recommend patronizing this business and keeping them in business with the way they're stealing money from their customers and then lying to you and then gaslighting you into thinking you're crazy and you don't know what you or they actually said on the phone. I would like the owner to call me and make things right and refund me for the money I'm owed and apologize before I'll ever think to return to this place. I have many friends and connections throughout delco area lived here my entire life and will spread the word that this place doesn't value the customer and their creed seems to be the customer is always wrong and not the usual creed and motto of the customer always...

Easily worst cheesesteak I've ever had in delco. Anyone claiming it's the "best cheesesteak they've ever had" was probably paid to post a review lol. Go to literally anywhere else and your money will be better spent there. I ordered a plain cheesesteak and the ratios were all off. Big roll with not enough steak and too much cheese. It was like biting into a melted cheese sandwich seasoned with hints of meat. The meat was overcooked too and didn't smell right, the smell it left in my car was like I had just gotten a burger at Wendy's. Also I don't think their "Cooper sharp" is even real cooper sharp cheese. I couldn't even finish half of it. Kids that work there are nice though, hope they can find a better job.

Also why would they renovate the back area into a newer mini golf course instead of getting their liquor license and turning the back area into an outdoor bar/seating area? They could stay open later, serve drinks and then serve more cheesesteaks to all the drunk customers. Plenty of room out there for a bunch of tables with umbrellas like the ones they used to have at the last stand. If they did this and upped their food game a bit it would be the spot on summer nights. Literally nobody uses that mini golf course, I walk by there...

If you let fries cool down first before putting them into the lil baggy they wont get soggy… thank me later, 8$ for a thing of great fries is already steep but 8$ for a thing of completely soggy fries is absolutely insane also sorry to have to be the one to point this out but i can tell simply by the taste of the fries that the oil in your frier is due for a good change and cleaning, tasted just like popeyes fries.. eh

It really is a shame cause when they first opened this place used to be soooo good and now its just not good at all imo, last two times has been a total bust quality control has since been forgotten it seems, may not be what you want to hear but may be what you need to hear… only reason im actually letting you know how i feel is because i want to see delco steaks be great once again i dont want to write this place off entirely the food used to be so good, please do better and bring back the fine establishment you once...
