There was a promotion that could only be done with online orders. So, I put an order into the Woodlyn location. As part of the order I added a few of the new mango MountainDew drinks. The Drinks alone were $13, but we wanted to try it. It let me place the order to that location. I received the email that my order was ready and on arrival to pay for and pick up my order, I was informed that they didn't have the mango drinks. I said "ok, I understand. Can you take them off the bill then?" I was told they could not even though I had not paid anything yet. When I asked what I was supposed to do, the man was very dismissive and said I could just have a regular bottle of soda. I understand he was trying to substitute, but there is NO WAY they are charging $13 for 1 bottle of soda. I had no other choice in the moment, but I'm VERY disappointed in the lack of honest service. Why would you fill an order that you know you can't adjust and you know you don't have the items that were requested? I should have at least been called, I could have canceled the first order and adjusted online. I will not be going back to any Little Ceasars with this dishonest...

So the company clearly does not care about horrible service. Why would the owner care? Management not only is rude immature and completely unprofessional the store is understaffed not clean and run by people who clearly can say and do as they please. What is worse is they don't care. Why would you be comfortable presenting yourself in such an immature low level manner as a manager? I won't even go into the store in Delaware. We will not be going to any little caesars ever again and i will make sure to tell everyone I know to do the same. No that won't hurt you guys. Not enough people to care. That is not the point.    Read moreI’ve been here 2 times and probably will be the last. 1st time they got the order wrong and today I placed the order through the app and came to pick it up on the time that was quoted but they said they didn’t know they have an order and it wasn’t even started. The counter girl talking to me chewing food and when I complained to her she had no answer. I asked for the manager, another female came said the computer doesn’t work and it’s not their fault that they didn’t receive the order, but in the mean time she’s using the computer and saw my order there. So how it is broken and she added I don’t know what to tell you but there is nothing we can do about it.
