I can't really put the blame on anybody in particular besides the occasional teamwork behind the deli counter / delivery prepping area. If you DoorDash, UberEat, GrubHub, etc, I would personally avoid this store at all costs for deliveries for both drivers and customers. There's another wawa only about a half mile further down that takes care of deliveries with personal priority. Every time I have an order to deliver here, it will take anywhere from 20 to 45 extra minutes PAST the ready for deliver time. Not only that, but you will be almost guaranteed to be sneered at by the Deli people, because I do partly understand that deliveries do put an unnecessary load on the workers as it still seems to be a process still in progress of tidying up. It's just annoying to wait and wait, just to have both the customer and the workers give you dirty looks and comments behind and or in front of your back. Again, I've done over 20 deliveries wirh this store, and every 20 plus times I've been subject to poor experience. Just avoid.    Read moreThis Wawa hasn't been reopened long. Since the grand opening it's been nothing but organized. It's been times that I came in between the hours of 5 and 5:30 a.m. and there's no breakfast sandwiches at all. It's been at least three different times that I came in and there's no sugar whatsoever for the coffee. You can always find the staff gathered in one spot talking. One time in particular I was waiting in line for a while on staff member that was talking to the guy at the cash register. Just having a regular conversation for well over a minute. The guy at the cash register looks up at me and asked me, are you ready? I said, yes! I'm waiting on you. He just proceeded to ring me up without no apology or anything. The ATMs has been down since the opening. The lottery machine has been down a few times since the opening. The ice machine has been broken since the opening.    Read moreThe entire freestyle machine had only two- three brands of juices/ sodas so I already didn’t get the drink I wanted. Then the freestyle machine’s ice was full from excess ice so I’m sticking my cup in ice in order to fill my it. Not to mention how filthy and sticky it was! I then go ask some FAT, white male who was a CSA to fill my cup w/ ice from the FSB well and he yells no to me and then proceeds to yell his ”use the ice in the machine, if there’s no ice in the machine then no” after I looked at him w/ my eyes wide because I couldn’t believe how rude he was. I work at a Wawa and have been to other Wawas including this one that will give me ice from the back all the time!
