I ordered pão the queijo, and they sent a pão queijo heated in a microwave or something similar. The pão de queijo was rubbery and not cheese melting at all. I was born and raised in Brazil and I eat still pão the queijo almost everything morning. So I made a complain about the pão the queijo being heated on the microwave. The cooker said they made it on the spot which it is a lie of course. For desert I ordered brigadeiro which it came a brigadeiro hard as a rock, which I even told the server to eat it, he ate it and agreed with me. I ordered a caipirinha of strawberry, it came totally not like caipirinha originally from Brazil. It was watery, barely had fruit in it, and it was very strong, not sweet. Made a complain on that as well. The server re did the drink which was a little better but not quite it’s supposed to be. The picanha plate was awesome tho! The server removed the brigadeiro and pão the queijo from our check. About his service, it was excellent, no complains on the server besides the way they taught him the drink which is not his fault. I drove 3 hours to check this place out, I don’t usually leave reviews, especially ones like this. But I had to leave this one since it’s representing my culture. Disappointed with this place...
Read moreDefinitely recommend this place if you've never been before and first timer for Brazilian food. Overall great service and experience. Seems like a hidden gem not very packed. Will say food is overpriced for what it is 30 dollars for meat and rice. Compared to other resturants. Due to that reason I would only come back once in a while. For my first time coming I recommend the filet mignon the sauce paired with it is amazing! Flavors burst. As soon as it hits your tongue. No exaggeration. I was obsessed with it. the town of Rincon is beautiful so good reason to come anyways. I tried there stew as well forgot the name but it is vegan it was interesting combo of flavors all new to me it was ok for me personally. Friends at the table loved it others said too many cashews and they thought it was ok. Really depends on preference. Not a big menu but good variety of items. Servers were great enjoyed my time here and sat inside though they have a patio option. If you have the money I say come and try it cute gem to enjoy a...
Read moreWe were enjoying Rincon Art Walk, and saw a Brazilian flag waving from a nearby building. We decided to explore this restaurant… and wow, probably the best decision of our entire time in Rincon. The food quality, drinks, ambiance, and service separates this restaurant from the rest. Highly recommend the Coxinha, Picanha, and an authentic Moqueca. The caipirinhas are delicious and will instantly change your mood! This place was so delicious that we came here twice—back to back nights in a row. We were greeted by the owner and lead server/bartender named Adam— both lovely and added very positively to our experience. I can’t wait to see this place expand all over the island.. it is really only the beginning for them. Well done and wishing you much...
