I placed a mobile order for two iced coffees. I waited 5-10 minutes and went in to pick them up. They weren’t ready, so I waited by the mobile order station. What transpired next was such an egregious failure of customer service that I hope a manager pulls the camera footage starting around 11:35 a.m. on 08/25, so they can see it for themselves. While waiting for my order, I noticed the workers constantly joking around, not keeping track of the orders. At one point, one female worker who seemed to think she was the manager (tie-dyed shirt) jokingly chastised another female worker and threw something at her that landed on the floor. As I continued to watch the circus in horror, I noticed the female staff member who had been chastised yawning over the drinks she was preparing. After 15 minutes, I asked about my order, and the female employee in the tie-dyed shirt explained her tickets weren’t printing for mobile orders. I offered to show her the receipt in my phone, and she said in a somewhat rude tone that my receipt wouldn’t help her. She didn’t even apologize! She did something at the machine and finally found my order. She hurriedly made it—incorrectly I might add. My spouse had to go back in and have the coffees remade. During this time, another customer went back in whose order had only been halfway made. All of this adds up to one thing: the service at this location is absolutely horrendous when the manager is not on duty. I will not return to this location unless something is done about the abysmal service, and I recommend that anyone considering trying this location avoid it. I went to this location along with my mom and daughter this past weekend. I frequent every now and then and this location continuously disappoints! Especially on SATURDAYS. I ordered (2) small cookie signature lattes and added cookie butter cold foam. I also ordered a small caramel craze latte for my daughter. I sent them back after my daughter and mom complained their drinks tasted like straight espresso and bland coffee. When my order came out it was plain creamer and I sent it back. The 3rd time I asked to speak with a supervisor. A young lady named Jayden came to the window told me she could redo our drinks but they don’t come with sugar. Based on the mobile app it should’ve had brown sugar flavor (3) and toasted almond. I also asked for cold foam and cookie crumbles. There were NONE on mine. Instead of her taking ownership she sat at the window convincing herself the drinks are not supposed to be sweet. Even after so explained to her I came during the week and it was amazing! She told me should not re-add cold foam or toppings because I sipped my drink (which i never even touched mine). Before driving off she said let me know how it is now. I refused to send it back w 4th time it was still bland like espresso when they were all lattes! No excuse! They clearly need more training at this location. Safe to say I’ve tried and tried and will not be revisiting them anymore. I’ll stick to Starbucks or 7 Brews! This location is the worst! America does not RUN on this Dunkin! Need better...

I was not a Dunkies girl. I am so picky about coffee and ESPECIALLY sweet tea. Dunkin’s sweet tea is the best in the world!! The flavor swirls for the coffee are tooooo good!! The donuts are delicious!! I did not go 5 stars across the board because: I order hashbrowns every time and once every 29 times they’re not cold and don’t appear to have been stomped on. Jelly munchkins are THE BEST. They are NEVER AVAILABLE. The service is what you expect. It’s going to be a mostly younger crowd working, and we all know what that TYPICALLY means. There are a few rare exceptions, but there have been more than a couple times I’ve stood ignored while a gigglefest was completed. I was 16 at work once too! I get it! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ And the atmosphere is just fine. Nothing to write home about. It’s a small parcel so there’s not a ton of room to use. It’s a little messy as they just moved in but overall not a bad spot to sit and have a convo over coffee! I am a Dunkies believer now. The location being walking distance to my home is a great bonus! I recommend a medium iced coffee with 3 swirls each of caramel and vanilla. Get your sweet tooth...
