Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Rio Grande City

We went here for my Co Workers birthday. We made it known from the beginning it was his birthday. We all order beers, his beer is the last to come to the table by atleast 10 minutes, making us all wait naturally. Finally we get our food and they bring the birthday boy his food for him to take a couple of shrimps and eat them, then they come to our table and say the food was meant for someone else.. what would they do after finding out he ate and touched some of the food? Turn around and give it to the original person, absolutely flabbergasting my entire table. On top of that, they made our birthday wait another 10-15 minutes AGAIN for his food to come out. An absolute joke of an establishment, didn’t give either table a discount even though it was brought up. Our group should of called the cops and let them know what kind of illegal low service quality chilis was doing that day. I will never eat their again based off what happened and I advise everyone else to steer clear as they do not accept responsibility for their wrong doings. My boss and I went for dinner and this is what happened. Our waiter was super nice and polite but the help wasn't. The food runner brought our food out and didn't bring all my order. (Left my side dish of mac and cheese) which I never got. My bosses burger was not cooked the way he wanted and when they brought back the 2nd time they didn't bring his fries. The runner said under his breath "we'll I'm not the cook" in a rude quiet tone. The manger never came to our table to check on things. We eat at different locations all the time and have great experience but this location left us with a bad taste in our mouth. Came in to order and pickup a Molten Chocolate Cake TO GO. As i sat in the passenger side to eat it ON THE GO, i noticed the chocolate inside the cake was rock hard. Called them up, the nice guy who answerd apologized and offerd me a replacement but i had to go in and pickup. Got me the manager to maybe put the treat on my rewards phone number. Manager was VERY rude saying they dont heat it up unless requested. IM ON THE GO! HOW DO I HEAT IT UP? Plus, the employee never offerd to heat it?
