Blake's Lotaburger — Restaurant in Rio Rancho

The so-called lady manager who could barely speak English was not very good at her job. When we arrived nobody was at the counter to greet us. We waited for a few minutes before she appeared from the back. She took my order, asked me for my name and I told her Joe, somehow she translated it to be YO. She finally gave us our order after a long time. We took the order to the table and saw that I didn't receive the French fries, She had disappeared and was nowhere in sight. My wife asked one of the workers for the French fries and refused the order of French fries that he offered because they were sitting there for who knows how long. He dropped a fresh order and then we waited and waited so the manager finally appeared again and I was at the counter and she asked me what I needed and I told her that she was supposed to be the manager and gave me my order without even checking to see if was completed and I was there waiting for my French fries. She looked at me like she was lost. I understand that it's difficult to find good people these days but upper management should make sure that the manager is...

So crazy the stress it is to just want your food to be correct when you eat out!!! I am a service supervisor at a super busy location not Wal-Mart lol 😆 but we basically eat when we can. So my coworker ordered us food and asked for the chili and garnish on the side and when I say I never felt that I bothered someone more on the clock then this evening I truly mean that. These jerks put the chili and cheese on top so the corn chips/Fritos were saggy and then full slices of tomatoes 🍅 and im like you really put this in a box and felt good about it?? Come on people we are all at work to provide a service and this was horrible... I should have just bought a cup of noodles 🍜 from my work... this is so sad and disappointing. Our family went in to this location for the first time today. I have never bothered doing a review before, but because of our experience tonight, I felt this location and manager named Patty deserved to be recognized. We went in to eat inside and immediately felt welcomed. We didn't know Patty was the manager, but had to know who she was before we left! From the time we walked in, ordered, was brought our food, to leaving, she was the kindest, warmest, person we've interacted with at an establishment in a very long time! It is very rare these days to have such an enjoyable interaction with a stranger. She went above and beyond to make our time there the best. The restaurant was very clean. The food was perfect! We have a Blake's location closer to where we live, but will drive out of our way to come back to this location ever time now. I feel Blake's is lucky to have a manager like Patty that goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about her customers...
