I wish I could give this place a negative 5 rating. Unbelievable, first time I go I find a screw in my burrito, second time I go I waited 45 minutes for 3 burritos I asked if they could cook the bacon crispy and I get home it's all fat I had to take the burrito apart and re-cook all of it, third time I go I got the worse customer service imaginable. I had two burritos and the lady gave me one green sauce and one red I asked for more and she gives me one more red and one more green. But before I could say may I please have just a little more (because my father is a huge fan of their sauce). She slammed the sliding door shut. So I waited, she saw me and came over and I said sorry may I please just have a little more. ( if she would have waited before or asked if that was enough she wouldn't have to keep coming back) she said WELL I ALREADY GAVE YOU 2 GREEN AND 2 RED !! WHAT DO YOU WANT !!! So I said just 4 please 2 more red and 2 more green. She then just gave me three and smacked them into my hand I and I was starting to lose my temper and I was like this is only three. Just give me one more red and she gives me a green and smashed it into my hand popping the green chili all over my hand then slammed the door shut. I just sat there in total shock. What a nasty person. Totally ruined my Saturday morning. If you know the size of the burritos you know that one sauce isnt enough, neither is two. It wasnt unreasonable for me to ask for three a piece. I highly suggest no one goes here and especially not the drive thru. I wish I could get all the money I wasted on this place back. Took me three times but I'm 100% done with this place and will never recommend...

The food is what you would expect from an establishment like this. It was fairly good. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars instead of 4, and frankly they probably deserve 2 stars, is because of the lazy staff. When I arrived, the girl at the register was taking a drive-thru order. I patiently waited. Then she proceeded to take 2 additional orders to clear the drive-thru line and never acknowledged me. When she was done she proceeded to get herself a drink refill. Then she looked up at me, finally, and asked if I had been helped. She took my order. When I asked her if she could get me a freshly fried or grilled jalapeno that was temperature hot rather than cold from their salsa bar, she first said she didn't think so. I asked if she would inquire. She seemed put out by my asking. She went back and asked and they told her they had none prepared. This is something that takes only a couple minutes to do. I asked if they would please make me one or two and that I'm happy to pay for them. She simply said 'no' and wouldn't even ask them. I was the only customer inside and the drive-thru was empty. This isn't the first time this happened to me there. The first time was over 2 years ago and I said at that time I would never be back. I figured with Covid that they might be better accommodating now but apparently I was wrong. I am fairly certain I won't be back any time soon. We were in the mood for some Mexican food and thought we'd give this place a shot. I had carne asada torta. It wasn't great but it wasn't horrible. I'd rate it 5 out of 10. It came with avocado lettuce and the meat. The portion size was good. I forgot to take pictures. We also ordered beef rolled taco plate and two cheese enchiladas. The rolled tacos, beans and rice were good 7 out of 10. We'd order those again. The cheese enchiladas weren't that good and wouldn't really recommend them 2 out of 10. The service was horrible! The lady taking orders had zero people skills. She didn't greet us, she got our order wrong as well. She didn't repeat our order back to confirm it and could have avoided giving us the wrong food. We didn't even leave the parking lot when we discovered it was wrong. We told her it was wrong and she didn't apologize, she had a rude attitude. She gave us the correct order after, just handed it to us with change on top of the food container since it was less expensive. Again, I didn't apologize. We may go back but at a different time and hope that particular worker isn't there. It wasn't a pleasant experience....
