TODD IS THE PROBLEM HERE. How he became in charge is beyond my understanding, but that’s neither here nor there. This place is so unprofessional. I’m understanding that we all mess up, but this place literally threw the ingredients in a box and when I opened it, it all fell out. Needless to say I had to get it all back in the box and get down, which is totally ok. My issue when I went inside is, Todd the manager looked at the mess they gave me and said, so what’s wrong with it? It’s like, uhhhh, look at it fool, would you eat this or let someone you care for eat it? Todd grabbed it out of my hands and said nothing to me, yelled at the back employees to remake it because “this lady is complaining.” At that point I said to him what’s the issue, “I’m not being rude to you so please give me the same energy I’m giving you.” TODD continued to tell me to not ask for “free stuff” and rambled about “we don’t do that here, and if you don’t buy it, you won’t get it.” From there on, I gave him a “are you being serious” look and was like ok, but I don’t want anything other than my sandwich to be fixed. A mistake was made, it was brought to the attention of staff, then a manager gets mad at me because I asked for the mistake to be corrected, and nothing else. I wish I had taken a picture of it because it would have been something to reference. One star is too much. DONT TALK TO TODD!! The real head honcho should re-evaluate their management, or come in and pretend to be another average customer needing a...
Read moreI've ordered Mcdelivery exactly once in my life, and it happened to be from here. Was missing half my order when it arrived(bag still fully sealed up). I called and happened to get the manager. He apologized and asked that we come down to receive the rest of the meal, with a complimentary apple pie for the inconvenience. Which was somewhat annoying, since the whole point of ordering Delivery is so you don't have to leave the house. But it was fine. A couple weeks ago, I ordered a Mcnugget meal with a Cherry slush. It's the only flavor of slush I like. They walk out with my order, it's a Coke slush. I point out the error, she apologizes, goes back inside. Wait a while. She comes back with a Blue Raspberry slush! Doesn't say anything, just hands me the drink. At this point I ask, "is the cherry slush out, or??" And she says, "oh yeah, sorry." And leaves. I just take it and leave because I'm just tired at that point. And I get it, machines break, stock runs out, but just tell me! Don't just hand me the wrong food item without saying anything! Later, same order, realize they gave me Honey Mustard instead of honey packets. Just today, I ordered a M&M mcflurry. I'm in a rush, so I just take it without checking. Get home, it's Oreo. I'll be honest, it's right next to home, so I'll probably continue coming here, but seriously, check your order...

The managers are rude. I've dealt with 2 of them and they are always rude. Some skinny guy and a guy with glasses. The night manager last week was sticking his head out of the window smoking then blows it in my face when taking my money. When I asked the lady at the 2nd who served me my food for a refund she got that manager and then I heard him call her a vulgar name and then gave me attitude. He refused yo give me a refund. The girl was very apologetic. I can't remember her name but it was about 2am on Tuesday.
I've been inside and loud music is playing and kids on cell phones and you're waiting to get your order taken. I went on Thursday night to get food for my coworkers and once again that same manger was outside smoking and loud music playing that my order was taken wrong.
The food is always cold and not fresh. I am disgusted with this place and the service. We come at might cause we are nurses at Rust ER but we will go to the 24 hour one in Albuquerque maybe we will be treated better, better food and not see managers calling an emoyees bad names! It's also sad that you see kids that feel it's more important to be on the phone before...
