I would normally give 5 stars, but the new ownership is why I dropped it down. They have gotten rid of the reward system through Clover. And any and all accumulated rewards are completely gone and unable to be used or transferred. They do not offer a new sort of rewards system either. I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to cottonwood at that point. The staff was rude when I asked about why I couldn’t check in on clover. OMG! How did I not know about this place? We took home 8 to share with the family and they asked me the same thing! Where has this place been?!

They have so many delicious options and I'm going back to try each one! It's absolutely delicious and fresh!

The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and generally phenomenal!

The establishment was very clean. They were all wearing masks and so were all the patrons and respecting social distancing. I was very comfortable here.

I will have to go back many times to establish which one is my favorite but I'm willing to keep trying until...

There was a lady filming inside the shop and she was using an EXTREMELY LOUD VOICE. It was stressful with all her extreme behavior. It was off-putting and rude. She was describing the food and had no idea that ingredients were missing to fulfill orders. Our intention was to order the "Chilindrinas" and they were out of crema. I had to repeat my order several times because the loud lady made it impossible to be heard. I feel her shoving a phone camera in employees faces made them uncomfortable.
