Previously had rated at 4 stars... almost changed it last time we came.. this time just proved that they are as bad as i thought.
First our drive through order tonight was taken by a guy named peyton. He was rude, irritating and literally scoffing at our order. I'm not sensitive at all to that, but his attitude was completely insane to have being the first person you talk to after waiting for 25 minutes in line.
We finally got our meal and, our fault, didn't check the order. We figured that with food for 4 people, it would take forever to check and didn't honestly think we needed it. We get home and our most expensive items we ordered? Nope. Not there. The food we did order was burnt almost solidly and the fries were mushy and old (3 minute drive... shouldn't be mushy and gross)
So after looking over our reciept and seeing everything on there, we had to send a member of the family to return and fix the half the order that we didn't get while the other 2 of is were wishing we had got the missing food because ours was nasty. Should have sent it back but with the attitude of the guy running the drive through, iwasnt about to risk what they would do to my food.
Na. I'm done here. Last 2 times have been horrible. Good thing i love in Appleton where we have Culver's that actually maintains standards and has employees that care. Hopefully you do better in the future or maybe Ripon should bring in a restaurant that actually wants to serve a small town appropriately. Get these jokers...
Read moreLove me some Culver's!!! Who doesn't, right? This one will be a hard pass next time. From the moment I ordered food in the drive thru until I received my order, it was 25 mins. Not sure what happened. No explanation. Finally I was the second to last car in line. However I waited 12 minutes from this point alone. The workers were chatting it up with the car in front of me. All they got was a small hot fudge sundae. That's when I noticed a bag of food just sitting there, for at least this whole 12+ mins. I kept saying to myself, "please don't be my food. Please don't be my food." You gussed it. It was my food. Needless to say, my food was cold. I opened the bag and just touched the fries. Yep, cold. I mentioned to the girl that I saw my food sitting there for 10+ mins and it was cold. She said, "no, it just arrived." Not sure if she can tell or not but she was surrounded by windows. I could see the whole thing.
She asked if she could remake it. I said please. Had to pull off and wait. 10 more minutes. The young man who gave me my food apologized for the wait.
I opened my bag. It was colder than the first time. Thinking they just took my original food, did "something" to it, rebagged it and gave it to me (can't prove that part of course).
I will not return. You may wanna reconsider. I would never suggest going to McDonald's over Culver's... Except...
Read moreEvery time we go to this Culver’s no joke we always get hair in the ice cream. The second to last time we went we were given the wrong food at first and when I asked the person working drive-through if they could give us the right food she acted super privileged and snotty. When she gave us the correct food the fish sandwich had a hair in it and the cheeseburger kids meal was cold. When we went today we weren’t given all of our food and when I asked the worker where the rest of our food was he brought it out in small increments and it took about 20 minutes he didn’t really understand that there was more food on the ticket which its pretty easy to read a ticket. The attitude of every worker I’ve come in contact at this establishment is rude and unhelpful and I understand I’ve worked in food service I get people get on your nerves but I’ve always tried my best to be understanding. I tried to call and complain and the worker told me that I was wrong even though I received a cold burger he told me that it was warm and basically implied that I was lying. I’m never going to come to this Culver’s again and I recommend that you don’t either please for the love of God...
