Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Rising Sun

My boyfriend and I went in to order a pizza a couple of days ago and apparently it was the hardest task of their lives. We ordered a pan pizza pepperoni, onion, light sausage (along with some order stuff but whatever). We wait in store for about 15 mins when we're told that they messed our pizza up, they offer to make us another pizza (the right one) after like 5 mins of them going back and forth about if the pizza had no sauce or light sausage we're then told they didn't mess up our pizza, so we take our stuff and leave. Get home open the pizza box and it's a pepperoni mushroom pan pizza (mind you we ordered pepperoni, onion, and light sausage) that's not even cut. I call back and tell them they had in fact messed up my pizza. They look around on the warming trays and find our pizza, they tell us that they'll send a driver out to us with it. 40 mins later they show up at the house (I understand they probably have other pizzas to deliver but i'm like 10 mins away) with our pizza. Whoever brought it apologizes profusely and told us they knew they pizza was there, that they had made the pizza personally, we get inside open the box, toppings are right, cool, take a bite of the pizza... no sauce. They comped our meal but honestly it's not that hard, I worked at that particular Domino's when I was 16 and there shouldn't have been that much confusion over a pizza with...

I just called to try to get a pizza delivered to me. I've been vacationing with my fiance in Maryland at a festival and we were late night hungry of course. When I called I was immediately ridiculed by the MANAGER because I mentioned I was coming from a fantasy faerie festival and when I called back to try to explain I was for real he was nothing but mean and discriminatory! So much so that I heard another employee yell from the background that he needed to "Just leave her alone and stop" I have been in the food service industry for thirteen years and it's hard to offend me but I am appalled. Dominos will never have my service again. This man knows nothing of customer service and apparently Dominos is willing to put a discriminatory man in the position of manager. So I'm sure if you're not into leaving your hours and experiencing life then your local Dominos is okay but customer service here is the worst I will NEVER EVER use Dominos...

Ordered from this place numerous times. Food is good however I always seem to be missing something 9 times out of 10. One thing this place can never seem to get right is the dip cups for all the sides. Which I know doesnt sound like a big deal, but now that they charge you per dip cup and how many times we've ordered, it adds up. Had to call numerous times and talk to a manager which was very nice but all we get are credits to the account which is great but what good is having a credit if you can never get my order right and force me to call yet again. Your quality control and who ever is supposed to make sure the order is correct before you leave the store needs some serious work. Will also be writing to corporate for a second time and refusing to go...
