My first time here. They were recommended by my auto mechanic who lives in the area. I was hoping to find a great new chinese restaurant. Almost all chinese takeout style restaurants are of low quality food and not very clean, but this was beyond awful. The food was completely dry without any sauce at all, which most load them up with their overly salty flavor sauces. The rice was so dry, it must have sat out for hours. How could any restaurant consciously serve this disgusting meal to anyone? This was one of the worst meals I have ever been served in life. The dining area was smelly with a grease presence in the air. On a positive note, the woman who apparently owns the place was friendly and I'm embarrassed for her that she could prepare and serve to me such an awful meal, especially after I told her it was my very first time here. In closing, I can only suggest, using my review to improve the obvious conditions immediately, otherwise you'll endure the obvious. Customers will stop coming, and you'll end up going out of business. If you care about your customers at all, and desire to stay in business, I highly suggest some immediate changes. Have a very...
Read moreThe place is under new ownership so we figured we would give it a try again. I placed an order online and was given a 20 minute. I arrived at about the 25 minute mark and waited about another 10. When i got the order home everything was there in the box as ordered. I spent roughly 50 dollars and got Hot and Sour soup which was neither Hot or spicy. More like like warm and sour. I also got a spring roll which was very good an egg roll which was terrible and veggie chow mein which was ok. My wife got a eggroll which she said was alright and Sweet and sour chicken which she stated had was more sour then sweet and tasted terrible. The crab Rangoon or cheese wontons were ok. Everything said and done this was not worth the cost of the food. The vaule is not there and there are other chineese restaurants in the area with better food and...
Read moreI ate here tonight, chicken with broccoli, after being away for several years. When I lived in Maryland I used to eat at this location 1-3 times a week. The sauce is what had me hooked and then the combination of the cooked chicken and steamed broccoli tied it all together. I am you can get chicken and broccoli at other places, but, at least for me, the sauce makes a world of difference.
I must say that this location maintains a sense of consistency. Tonight the food tasted just like I remember it and it was like I never missed a beat. I'm sure when I leave to go back to my state I will be missing Lee's Wok again and won't be able to find a reasonable substitute elsewhere.
Overall, I recommend this...
