My GF and I order from River Falls Domino's a lot! We've lived in River falls for 5 or so years and order multiple times per month.
We've had issues in the past (burnt Pizza) where they gave us free pizza on GF account.
Last night we learned that we couldn't order Hawaiian Pizza online or on app (due to Ham shortage).
So we still wanted to order the rest of our order on the app and the Hawaiian Pizza over the phone. Connor (he said he was delivery driver) was very accommodating over the phone. He put it in special request section not to deliver this Pizza without app order. Connor did let me know 2.99 delivery fee still applies but also found a coupon for 2.50 off. Conor very accommodating and only reason this review got 2 stars 🌟!! Connor gets both the stars 🌟!
So a short while later, doorbell rings and delivery driver (I wish I would have gotten his name) is there with Hawaiian Pizza only. I asked where the rest of order is and he says someone else will be bringing it when it is out of the oven. I said we had instructions on this Pizza (and on app) to deliver both orders together. Driver says he saw instructions. I asked him why he didn't follow then Driver rudely says I can't do that your Pizza would get cold. I explained to driver I wanted both orders together and he didn't follow customers requests and he is wrong for not following our request. GF did tip him $2 wich in hindsight probably shouldn't have because customer requests were not followed by him.
So GF and I called the manager on Duty and we both don't know why Corey is a manager. Corey was rude. Corey hollered at GF and was rude with me. He basically said requests are only for drivers to read. I explained 1st driver did read and didn't follow my request to deliver both orders at the same time. Corey was basically like that's not his problem. I let Corey know I'd be calling his manager the next day.
So today, I called manager Laura and she basically transferred me to district manager Angie immediately. I explained to Angie the situation and she very rudely says what do you want..a free pizza (apparently GF account can't be credited as too much credit on account so she has to mail me gift cards...hopefully we get them). I explained to her this goes beyond free food (still not sure if she understood what I was trying to say) as the customer service we received from Corey, 1st delivery driver was beyond rude. Even Angie was hurrying me off of the phone. It's no wonder why lower manager acts the way he dose as Angie (district manager) huried me off of the phone. This whole situation is MORE than free stuff. Customer service keeps customers and looses customers. Door Dash now in River Falls area so there will be alot more options available for delivery.    Read moreContinual Update: Three times in a row receiving completely wrong items. Called and received an indignant "I made those pizzas and I KNOW they're right" Brother, I'm looking at them right now next to the receipt with the step-by-step ingredient list on it.
Hope you don't have something specific in mind, because when these guys get an order in, they just pick whatever items the want to make and ship it out! "Oh you ordered a pan pizza with Parmesan garlic sauce, ham, and onion? Here's your thin crust plain cheese with regular sauce, sucker!" Listen up, sure I'm a little overweight and white, but I'm not an pasty overweight 7 year old. Plain cheese pizza sucks. It should be noted that the only reason any sane person orders this garbage is because they're hungover. So it's extra irritating when you have to take a gamble on if you're going to get your specific greasy hangover miracle, or Brayden's "I only eat PB&Js without crust or peanut butter" special. Decided to step outside to get something and there is my pizza, soaked from the rain for god knows how long. They also forgot my soda and dip cup. Pizza was cold as ice. To add insult to injury, I open the box and ants had gotten in! Unacceptable. I wish any other pizza place was open at night.
